Very nice holiday chalet is located in the village Strážkovice in a chalet colony Želízkův mlýn (lying at the river Stropnice) 12 km south-west of České Budějovice. The place offers great recreational enjoyment with regard to the area of České Budějovice and the area of Novohradské mountains, which still can be proud of their virgin and untouched countryside. The object has been newly reconstructed and will offer you enough comfort. Clients can use a nicely treated piece of land 1.000 m2 with sitting under the pergola, outdoor fireplace, table tennis and possibility of 2 bikes for a fee. Built-up area of the object is 60 m2.

A nice holiday cottage is situated in the small mountain village Kubova Huť located 10 km south direction far from Vimperk. The building is an ideal base for making trips and enjoying sports activities in any season. Right there in the village are two ski slopes and many cross-country tracks. In the summer guests can enjoy trekking following the marked trails or cycle on the bicycle paths. The house has a non-fenced 500 m? garden with a garden seating, a fireplace and a grill. There is also table tennis in the basement. The basement can be used also for bikes and skis storage. The cottage is very spacious which gives a lot of privacy and comfort.
During off season is possible to use only part of the cottage and get discount!!!

Newly renovated attic in a separate part of the holiday home is situated in a quiet, peaceful place in the small village of Obora. There you can visit the castle Kratochvíle (4 km), forest monastery Lomec (15 km) or castle ruins of Helfenburk (20 km). Forests nearby are ideal for mushroom and berry picking, during a half-hour walk you can get to the ponds, which are suitable for swimming and for fishing. Guests can use a separate part of the land with own entrance to the building, which is not used by anyone else. In a separate part of the building you can rent three separate rooms - suitable for larger groups and friendly families (accommodation in these rooms on request). There is also outdoor seating at the fireplace with a grill, which may be occasionally used other guests.

Comfortably reconstructed cottage - farm is situated in the unspoilt countryside of the Czech Canada on the outskirts of Mysletice. Neighborhood attracts to cycling and walking trips, the cycling trail No. 5021 goes directly around the house. In the area: 7 km Telč (UNESCO), 7 km Dačice, 19 km Slavonice. Up to 300 m from the house there is a pond suitable for swimming, woods, tennis court, football pitch and playground. The cottage is situated in a quiet place with no direct neighbors. Facilities: sauna, gym with exercise bike, running band and cross machine, table tennis, WIFI. Fenced yard 1.300 m2 with garden chairs under a shelter, grill, open fireplace.
