The cottage is suitable for families with children or bigger groups. Near the object lead bicycle and ski trails (to Borová Lada, Kvilda, Modrava; downhill skiing - Nové Hutě - 5 km Zadov - 15 km, bus stop nearby the cottage). You can take walking tours in the surrounding of the house (hiking trail leads to the lake Chalupská slať). Also mushroom-pickers can enjoy holiday here. To the cottage belong a fenced garden with pond, garden furniture, barbecue, pergola with a fireplace and sitting area. There is sand box and swing too. Built-up area is 200 m?.

Dům umístěný v klidné lokalitě, velmi prostorný, velká garáž, předání v pohodě. Vrzání vrchního patra bylo relativě velké. Pergolka s krbem už má mejlepší za sebou a určitě není pro 16 lidí. Kuchyně dobře vybavená, ale nádobí dost omlácené. Zahrada není uplně dimenzovaná na míčové hry. Se vším se tam dalo v pohodě žít.
V okolí množství výletů a krásná příroda.

Prostredi se nam libilo, samota, ale vsude blizko. Krasna zahrada, mozna trochu chybel bazen vzhledem k horkemu pocasi. Paradni gril s posezenim. Chata krasne vybavena, nic nam nechybelo. Mozna by to chtelo vetsi koupelnu pro ty, co ji nemeli na pokoji. Take jsme tam nekolikrat malem prisli o hlavu kvuli tramum u sprchoveho koutu. Horni patro cele vrzalo, takze to trochu zneprijomnovalo odchody od deti a ranni vstavani. Krásné prostředí, dobře situovaný objekt, příjemné jednání při předání i převzetí chaty,dodržení času dle dohody.

Chata byla super, byla to nase 2. dovolena na chate a moc se nam tam libilo, nejlepsi z chaty byly:

Mistnost pro gentlemany s lednickou na piti a barem
Velka lednice a mycka
Hernicka pro deti jak male tak starsi
Krasne pokojicky, vse ciste.
Na matracich byly dokonce i chranice, aby to deti nepocurali, coz je super! Stejne tak i prehozy pres zidle, nemusite se bat, ze tam ukapne diteti marmelada, proste se vyperou. :)
Mezi nejvetsi negativa bych zahrnul starou podlahu, na ktere je slyset kazdy krok (ale jen proto, ze mame male deti) jinak by to nevadilo...
Dale je velmi spatne ovladatelna varna deska, ale varit se na ni da, jen je to nepohodlne
A rost na grilu by taky stal za vymenu, ale grilovat se na nem dalo.
Saunu bychom vyuzili spis v zime
Taky skoda, ze nebyly udelane nove houpacky na zahradce, ty stare jsou opravdu stare, ale sluzbu udelaly. :)inserted 30/06/20 20:33

How can I book a stay and make a payment?
- By clicking on a free-unoccupied week you choose the arrival date and in the order you fill in number of weeks, number of persons and other necessary data.
- After you send the order you will be displayed the booking confirmation including the summary of information, where are you confirmed that for a period of 5 weekdays after sending the order your booked staying is temporarily reserved for you.
- The definite reservation of the staying is accomplished on the day of receiving a pre-payment on the agency´s bank account.
- After the agency receives the pre-payment you will be sent by post or e-mail the "Confirmation about receiving the first payment".
- The after payment is paid before your arrival on the agency´s bank account. You receive the application for the after payment cca 6 weeks before the arrival. In case the number of days between the date of your order and arrival date is 50 and less, the amount of the pre-payment equals the total price of the staying.
