An important note regarding electricity: during the main season (July and August), weekly stays include 50 kWh of electricity; any consumption above this limit is charged to guests at a rate of CZK 6 per kWh, payable to the owner at the end of the stay. Outside the main season, guests pay for all electricity consumed. Average consumption in winter months is between 500 and 600 kWh, and approximately 300 kWh in summer.

For short-term stays, electricity is NOT included in the price and is always settled directly with the owner at the end of the stay. Outside the main season, the owner prefers short-term bookings.
