Holiday cottage after the reconstruction is located in the attractive place in the town Černá v Pošumaví on the bank of the Lipno lake. The town and its immediate surroundings on the bank of the lake offer many recreational activities: swimming, fishing, surfing, kiteboarding, rentals of bikes, boats and pedals and last but not least a nice rear for families with kids. The sand beach with a toboggan is only 200 m from the object. At the cottage there is a fenced garden 400 m² with garden sitting, fire, grill and possibility of bike storing.

Vacation house is built in the village of Bela pod Pradedem in a quiet area, surrounded by forests, located along the ridges of Jeseníky mountains. This highest Moravian mountain range is of the great potential in the active enjoyment in winter and summer months. Not far from the village (about 4 km) there is the famous spa Jeseník and one of the largest tourist and ski resort in Jeseníky - Červenohorske saddle (approx. 13 km). The place is thanks to the calm and clean environment suitable for family holidays of parents with children. The surrounding forests abound in the quantity of mushrooms and other wild fruits. Guests have a large piece of land with garden chairs and barbecue available. Built-up area of the building is 100 m².

The apartment house is situated in the centre of the village Dehtáře near České Budějovice only 300 m from the lake Dehtář, which offers quality swimming or the possibility of boat sailing or surfing. In the house there are six apartments, all after the complete reconstruction, with own kitchens and social facilities. Clients have available a large closed yard with garden sitting and a garden with a roofed swimming pool. At the farmhouse there are 5 saddle horse stabled, which are available. Ideální místo pro rodinné oslavy, svatby, teem buildings etc. The total capacity of the building 46 people.

Recreational house is situated in a quiet part of the village Masákova Lhota in a beautiful countryside of the Bohemian Forest near the ski areal Zadov (4 km). Surrounding countryside attracts to walking and cycling trips (the castle Kašperk 16 km, the look-out Javorník 7 km, Kvilda, the Vltava springs, the river Vydra), mashroom pickers will welcome a cca 200 m wood. Winter season wish for all fans of both downhill (ski areal Zadov, Churáňov - 4 km) or cross-country skiing (many kilometres of conditioned cross-country skiing tracks). There is a fenced garden 600 m? with a fire and a swimming pool. Built-up area 60 m².

The house is situated in a quiet part of the small town Benecko - 300 m walk to the centre. Surroundings offer possibilities for fans of both winter and summer sports - cross-country skiing routes begin cca 1 km from the object, within 300 m you can find two ski slopes (other 1,5 km from the house, Špindlerův Mlýn 18 km), in summer season you can make use of a local golf course, a tennis court or the possibility of horseriding. You can visit Jilemnice or Vrchlabí. There is a sitting with garden furniture and grill available.
