Luxury cottage with swimming pool is located 50m from the shore of the Orlic dam with beautiful views of the countryside. It is ideal for passionate fishermen, or to experience a beautiful holiday for a family with small children. In the cottage you will find a modern equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a bathroom with TOILET. There are 3 bedrooms and an additional bathroom upstairs.

The cottage is located near the Podolský Bridge near the village Olešná. The hut on one side surrounds the dam and from the other side woods that are suitable for mushrooming or strolles. In the cold months, floor heating with a tiled stove will delight guests. On the contrary, during the summer months, guests will appreciate the spacious terrace where a garden shower for refreshment is located.

Very nice holiday cottage after the complete renovation with central gas heating, two separate housing units is built in the village of Boudy at a distance of 2 km from Čimelice, 12 km from the Orlík lake, 19 km from the royal town of Písek. Many forests, the proximity of the Orlík lake and the castles Orlík, Blatná, Březnice, Zvíkov makes the assumption of great holiday either calm or active - cycling, fishing, walking-tours, or winter cross-country skiing. The building offers enough peace and quiet, it is situated southwards and located at the very end of the settlement in the vicinity of the forest. There are two gardens available, one fully and one partly (from three sides) fenced of the total area 900 m2 with garden chairs, barbecue, garden shower and a parasol, two mountain bikes. There is also a common room for 12 persons with sitting. Built-up area of the building is 240 m2.
In low season it is possible to book only one housing unit with a discount.

The holiday cottage is built on the bank of the Orlík lake in the beautiful countryside between woods just less than 200 m from a nice beach. The local countryside is ideal for walks, lake cruises and visiting local castles. The cottage has a garden 400 m? with garden sitting under the pergola, fireplace and a parasol. Not only lovers of fishing appreciate a rowing boat situated on the lake, which is available to guests for free (on the back is a holder for an electric motor, which you can bring your own, or it is possible to rent it for a fee - 50Euro, it is necessary to bring your own car battery). The building is very nicely furnished, built area 50 m?.

Family villa is located in a large fenced garden is a small and quiet village Sobědraž in the middle of woods, meadows and groves near the known recreational centre Husárna. The proximity of the Orlík lake offers quality swimming, fishing, water sports, cycling and visiting interesting destinations. Newly built recreational house is located in a large fenced garden on the edge of the bath village Vráž near Zvíkov 10 km from Písek. Near surroudings are suitable for walking or cycling, the whole area is a renowned mashroom and fishing paradise. In the village there is a bath open to public where it is possible to order healing, relaxation and beautifying procedures. At the object there is a large fenced garden 3.300 m? with garden sitting, fireplace, barbecue and garden shower. In the garden there is also small house and sand pit not only for small ladies available. For fans of cycling there are 4 bikes for rent. Tent Tee-pee could be set up on request. Ground floor 70 m?.
