Newly renovated and stylishly furnished, the cottage dates back to 1880 and is located on the edge of the charming village of Horní Maršov, close to the natural beauty of Lysečiny and Albeřice. The spacious property accommodates groups of up to 15 guests and is an ideal base for winter ski trips as well as summer hikes along the Giant Mountain ridges. The comfortable, characterful interiors blend traditional Krkonoše style with modern amenities to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.

The cottage boasts an exceptional location at the center of winter sports. Within just a few kilometers you will find the renowned ski and recreation resorts of Pec pod Sněžkou, Velká and Malá Úpa, Jánské Lázně, Mladé Buky, Černý Důl, and Žacléř. A ski bus stop is only 200 meters from the cottage, making it easy to reach all these resorts without worrying about parking.
