CH-337 — Cottage in the Česká Kanada Area, Oldřiš - Jindřichův Hradec

This pleasant cottage is situated in a peaceful spot by the forest near the village of Oldřiš, just 9 km from the historic town of Jindřichův Hradec, in the picturesque Česká Kanada region. The sloping plot of approximately 800 m? features a fireplace seating area and a small cellar for enjoyable outdoor moments. The meadow in front of the cottage, which also belongs to the owner, can be freely used as a playing field for ball games and other recreational activities. In case of unfavorable weather, you will appreciate the covered veranda, where you can sit comfortably regardless of the conditions outside.

The surroundings of the cottage are perfect for an active holiday. A popular hiking trail between Jindřichův Hradec and Landštejn passes nearby, along with a number of marked cycling routes, including the popular Jindřichův Hradec – Telč trail. Close by, you will find historic landmarks such as the castle and chateau in Jindřichův Hradec with its mill, the romantic ruin of Vítkův Hrádek with a lookout tower, and the Zoopark Na Hrádečku in Horní Pěna. Chalet for Rent near the Forest and Orlík Reservoir — Boudy — Holiday in the Písek Region

This renovated recreational chalet CH-649 with a total capacity of 16 persons is located in the northern part of the Písek district, close to the Orlík Reservoir (7 km). The chalet offers three separate apartments — only the apartments needed for the actual number of guests will be unlocked, the remaining ones stay locked and empty. Apartment No. 1 (ground floor, capacity 8 persons): two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and fireplace, bathroom. Apartment No. 2 (attic, capacity 4 persons): two bedrooms with kitchenette. Apartment No. 3 (adjacent house, capacity 4 persons): one bedroom and a living room with kitchenette.

The outdoor facilities are exceptional: a large fenced garden with a terrace, fireplace, barbecue grill, gazebo, pergola, table tennis table, football pitch (when dry) and a volleyball court. Near the reservoir, in one of the surrounding villages, it is possible to hire a boat, paddleboard or SUP.

The Orlík Reservoir (7 km) is one of the largest reservoirs in the Czech Republic, offering sailing, fishing, swimming and scenic boat trips. CH-065 — Cottage with Saltwater Pool, Stará Červená Voda - Jeseníky

This cosy and completely renovated cottage in the village of Stará Červená Voda in the Jeseníky Mountains, close to the Czech-Polish border, is an excellent choice for anyone seeking a peaceful holiday in beautiful mountain surroundings. The cottage features a fenced plot with a covered garden seating area and an attractive saltwater swimming pool measuring 3.5 × 5.5 m — a pleasant chemical-free refreshment right in your own garden. Also available are a fire pit, barbecue grill, sunshade, a portable plastic sandpit, and a swing for the enjoyment of the youngest guests. The total built-up area of the property is 127 m?.
