This location is a true paradise for active travellers in every season. In winter, skiers are truly spoiled: two ski slopes are situated right next to the property, and skiers can additionally obtain ski lift passes (max. 6 pieces) at an attractive discount of 20–25%, with the pass covering both daytime and evening skiing — a great way to save on a winter holiday. The total built-up area of the cottage is 55 m?.
In the immediate vicinity there is a horse-riding centre with year-round operation (approx. 2 km), as well as bowling and a swimming pool at Hotel Bezruč (approx. 2 km) — so sporting activities are by no means limited to the slopes. In summer the options multiply: an outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts in Frýdlant are approximately 5 km away, and aviation enthusiasts will not want to miss the sports airfield offering sightseeing flights.
The entire surroundings of the cottage are criss-crossed with a network of hiking, cycling, and cross-country skiing trails of varying difficulty, so everyone will find something to suit them. On the unfenced plot there is a seating area with a portable barbecue grill for pleasant summer evenings, and for the youngest guests a playhouse with a slide has been prepared. The Malenovice cottage is the ideal place for an active holiday full of sport, nature, and unforgettable experiences — come and enjoy it!

How can I book a stay and make a payment?
- By clicking on a free-unoccupied week you choose the arrival date and in the order you fill in number of weeks, number of persons and other necessary data.
- After you send the order you will be displayed the booking confirmation including the summary of information, where are you confirmed that for a period of 5 weekdays after sending the order your booked staying is temporarily reserved for you.
- The definite reservation of the staying is accomplished on the day of receiving a pre-payment on the agency´s bank account.
- After the agency receives the pre-payment you will be sent by post or e-mail the "Confirmation about receiving the first payment".
- The after payment is paid before your arrival on the agency´s bank account. You receive the application for the after payment cca 6 weeks before the arrival. In case the number of days between the date of your order and arrival date is 50 and less, the amount of the pre-payment equals the total price of the staying.
