The holiday cottage is located at the beginning of the cottage area close to a river. The site lies near the village Lásenice (600 m) in distance 8km from the city Jindřichův Hradec.
The location is very nice for family holidays and for fishermen. The proximity of the river Nežárka provides rich recreational enjoyment from fishing, swimming and a cruise on the river (available inflatable boat). The place is also suitable for cycling (bikes can be stored in the garage) and walks in the local forests. Cottage offers comfortable seating on the outdoor terrace on the unfenced garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Built-up area is 50 m².
You can go on a trip to the historical town of Jindřichův Hradec (Castle and Chateau), to the spa town of Třeboň (21 km), to the castle and Chateau in the town of Stráž nad Nejealous (5 km), to the castle Landštejn (24 km) or to the Chateau Červená Lhota (29 km).
Fishing permits can be based on valid fish. Ticket purchase in J. Hradec, Price 500,-Kč/10 days.

Cottage with a closed yard is situated in the beautiful countryside near the village Závišín Blatná in southern Bohemia. Guests have at their disposal first flor with three bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. Lower floor inhabit owners who respect the privacy of the guests. The recovery is also a lounge with a fireplace, a barn with table tennis, bicycles, enclosed courtyard with outdoor seating, gas grill and an adjacent garden with an outdoor fireplace and sitting area.
The surrounding area is beautiful especially for cycling, but also walks in the surrounding forests. For swimming you can go to 8 km distant town Blatná, where is the public swimming pool. In winter, the area is particularly suitable for cross-country skiing.

When occupied by fewer people can negotiate discounts.

Smaller holiday chalet is located in a chalet colony at the village Vilice near Tábor. In surroundings there is a beautiful virgin countryside suitable for long walks and making trips in close surroundings - e.g. the castle Šelemberk, Blaník, Tábor. The chalet is suitable for less demanding clients. There is an unfenced garden 200 m2 with garden sitting, grill and parasol.

Fishing chalet is located right on the bank of the Nová river between Třeboň and Mláka direction Jindřichův Hradec close to the weir of the Nová river and Nežárka. The chalet has its own magic, it is in the hamlet in the romantic countryside near Třeboň. Ideal for fishing, cycling and mashrooming.
The residential part is a bedroom cottage for 4 people, kitchen, outdoor covered seating for 4 people overlooking the river. The possibility of fishing (with the necessity of the fishing permit) right from the garden. The river is cca 15 m wide, max. 1,5 m deep with sandy bed. The cottages include metal vessel, lockable storage space for bikes or fishing equipment also outdoor seating right on the river with a fireplace. The residential part is a bedroom cottage for 4 people, kitchen, outdoor seating for 4 people overlooking the river. The chalet is in a complete hamlet in own piece of land in the protected landscape area of UNESCO. Beautiful romantic place in a virgin countryside.

Staying in this chalet only at intervals Sunday - Sunday.

Holiday chalet is located on the bank of the river Lužnice so it is the ideal place not only for fishermen. The environment provides perfect conditions for holiday, many cyclotracks and possibilities for trips in surroundings. Bechyně 10 km, Milevsko and Tábor 20 km. The river is suitable for swimming as well. At the object there is an unfenced piece of land 500 m?² with garden sitting, grill, parasol and garden shower, at the river there is a rowing boat available. Built-up area 50 m².
