For the voyage across the lake there is a rowboat (available for free). Built-up area is 46 m².

The lake offers good conditions for water sports and fishing. Cyclists and skaters will appreciate the trail that leads around the whole lake of Lipno. Shopping and restaurants are in the nearby village of Black Pošumaví, which is 3 km away.

There is a plastic rowboat Neptea 250, which can carry 2-3 people and can be equipped with its own outboard motor to exercise 4HP (motor is not available at the cottage).

There is an unfenced piece of land 300 m² with garden sitting and fireplace which can be shared by the neighbour as well. Built-up area 40 m². The outdoor area with a fireplace is also common for the side cottage. On the ground floor there is a lounge (dining room), small equipped kitchen, bathroom, 2 toilets. Upstairs is a living room (1st bedroom) with a double bed, which is equipped with a TV. In the attic there is a second bedroom, more suitable for children (lowered ceiling - entrance by steps).

There is no drinking water, only utility water. It is necessary to bring bottled water for consumption.
