These holiday cottages are set in a private, well-maintained garden of a family home on the outskirts of Netolice, with a lovely view over the town nestled in the beautiful landscape of the Šumava foothills. Netolice is an ideal base for exploring Šumava's nature, hiking trails, and cultural attractions. The price covers both cottages. The cottages are adjacent to the owner's family home; the owner fully respects the guests' privacy.

The centrepiece of the outdoor area is a beautiful garden with a covered, heated swimming pool measuring an impressive 6.5 × 3.5 × 2.3 m — perfect for swimming in any weather. Guests can also enjoy the fireplace, a pergola, and comfortable seating in a covered hall. A hot tub is available to guests free of charge. During the season, a sauna and massage can be purchased on site, and by prior arrangement a masseur or beautician can be booked to visit. Extra beds are available at a surcharge of 2,500 CZK per bed per week.

Summer around Netolice is ideal for mushroom picking in the surrounding forests and hiking. The fascinating Netolice Archaeopark, which brings to life the history of an early medieval fortified settlement, is right in town. The romantic Kratochvíle château, with its stunning Renaissance architecture, is just 3 km away. The Šumava forests, fish ponds, and picturesque South Bohemian countryside are right on the doorstep.
