A newly renovated holiday cottage in the forest, just 400 m from the Otava river, which flows directly into Orlík lake — that is CH-390, an exceptional holiday destination for nature lovers, sports enthusiasts and families alike. The property is situated on the edge of a small recreation area only 7 km from the historic town of Písek. The surrounding area offers beautiful cycling routes passing through Písek's historic centre, Zvíkov Castle just 7 km away and Orlík Castle 18 km away (both with a steamboat pier). Swimming, mushroom picking and fishing right near the property make this the perfect South Bohemian retreat.
The fenced plot of 700 m2 offers excellent outdoor facilities: a covered garden pergola with a fireplace and refrigerator, and a covered swimming pool measuring 3 x 5 m with pleasantly warm water — the pool can be heated by a heat pump to 30 °C from April through to October (the pool is not available during winter months). In the garden you will find a lazy tennis court, football goals and a children's playground with swings, a slide, a playhouse for the little ones and a basketball hoop. Bicycles can be stored securely in a lockable woodshed. The built-up area of the property is 80 m2. A quality asphalt road leads directly to the property. Evenings are perfectly rounded off with a Finnish sauna available inside the cottage. Please note that towels and bath towels are not provided.
For a genuine beer experience, a cooling tap system with full equipment is available for a fee of 500 CZK per stay — beer can be ordered from the owner or you can bring your own. Property CH-390 is situated approximately 60 m from property CH-466, which belongs to the same owner, making this location ideal for larger groups of friends or two families who want to be close to each other while maintaining their own privacy.

Majitelé velmi milí při komunikaci, vše bylo připraveno včas a dobře, chaloupka čistá, dobře vybavená. Úžasný vyhřívaný bazén a zahrada s pískovištěm a hračkami, houpačkami a trampolínou.
Poloha výborná i na výlety přímo od chalupy.

Hezké,klidné místo.Bazén super,jelikož je přihřívaný mohli jsme využívat i při horším počasí. Paní co chodí uklízet by mohla zlepšit svou práci.

Byli jsme velice spokojeni se službami a vybavením chaty. Majitel byl velice příjemný a vstřícný. Bylo tam vše, co na dovolené potřebujete. Nejúžasnější byl bazén, tím myslím dohřívání či ochlazení vody na stálou teplotu 30 stupňů. Pro mě naprosto dokonalé. How can I book a stay and make a payment?
- By clicking on a free-unoccupied week you choose the arrival date and in the order you fill in number of weeks, number of persons and other necessary data.
- After you send the order you will be displayed the booking confirmation including the summary of information, where are you confirmed that for a period of 5 weekdays after sending the order your booked staying is temporarily reserved for you.
- The definite reservation of the staying is accomplished on the day of receiving a pre-payment on the agency´s bank account.
- After the agency receives the pre-payment you will be sent by post or e-mail the "Confirmation about receiving the first payment".
- The after payment is paid before your arrival on the agency´s bank account. You receive the application for the after payment cca 6 weeks before the arrival. In case the number of days between the date of your order and arrival date is 50 and less, the amount of the pre-payment equals the total price of the staying.
