Recreational house CH-197 is situated in the village of Masákova Lhota amid the beautiful Šumava landscape, just 4 km from the Zadov ski resort. The house offers spacious accommodation: on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchenette, a common room that also serves as a bedroom, bathroom and WC. The attic has two separate bedrooms. The property includes an extensive unfenced garden with a barbecue grill, campfire place, garden seating and a wooden shed. On-site parking is available.
Summer in the Šumava region is made for hiking, cycling and mushroom picking in the pristine forests of the national park. Masákova Lhota is set in the heart of Šumava nature, far from noise and pollution. The winter season brings skiing at Zadov (4 km) or Churáňov (6 km) — both popular for family skiing and cross-country trails.
Within easy reach are Kašperské Hory (10 km) with the Gothic Kašperk Castle, and Sušice (15 km), the natural centre of the Pošumaví region. House CH-197 is a superb year-round base for families and couples who want to experience the magic of the Šumava in summer and winter alike.

Entrance to the house from the garden with a small swimming pool. Guests can also use a fenced garden 600 m2 with fire - opposite the object across the road.
In the object there is a habitable room: 1x sofa bed, 1x2 bed (possible to detach), fully equipped kitcheny forge (electric kitchen range 4 hotplates - glass-ceramic board, refrigerator, kitchen unit, MW oven), dining table.

How can I book a stay and make a payment?
- By clicking on a free-unoccupied week you choose the arrival date and in the order you fill in number of weeks, number of persons and other necessary data.
- After you send the order you will be displayed the booking confirmation including the summary of information, where are you confirmed that for a period of 5 weekdays after sending the order your booked staying is temporarily reserved for you.
- The definite reservation of the staying is accomplished on the day of receiving a pre-payment on the agency´s bank account.
- After the agency receives the pre-payment you will be sent by post or e-mail the "Confirmation about receiving the first payment".
- The after payment is paid before your arrival on the agency´s bank account. You receive the application for the after payment cca 6 weeks before the arrival. In case the number of days between the date of your order and arrival date is 50 and less, the amount of the pre-payment equals the total price of the staying.
