This historic mountain cottage in the heart of the eastern Giant Mountains invites you to an unforgettable holiday in an authentic setting. Newly renovated and stylishly furnished, the cottage dates back to 1880 and is located on the edge of the charming village of Horní Maršov, close to the natural beauty of Lysečiny and Albeřice. The spacious property accommodates groups of up to 15 guests and is an ideal base for winter ski trips as well as summer hikes along the Giant Mountain ridges. The comfortable, characterful interiors blend traditional Krkonoše style with modern amenities to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.

The cottage boasts an exceptional location at the center of winter sports. Within just a few kilometers you will find the renowned ski and recreation resorts of Pec pod Sněžkou, Velká and Malá Úpa, Jánské Lázně, Mladé Buky, Černý Důl, and Žacléř. A ski bus stop is only 200 meters from the cottage, making it easy to reach all these resorts without worrying about parking. The Třešňovka ski lift is located directly above the cottage, and two additional smaller lifts can be found in nearby Albeřice. Cross-country skiing enthusiasts will appreciate the network of groomed trails right around the property. In summer, the area offers countless hiking trails, cycling routes, and mountain excursions to Sněžka and surrounding peaks.

The cottage capacity is flexible — for up to 11 guests, the ground floor and first floor are available; for 11–15 guests, the charming attic is also opened. Short stays are only possible outside peak season, with a minimum of 3 nights (Thursday to Sunday). A final cleaning fee of CZK 1,000 applies. During the summer season (1 June – 30 September), energy costs are not charged separately. For groups of 11–15 guests, a price supplement applies.
