The environment provides perfect conditions for holiday, many cyclotracks and possibilities for trips in surroundings. Bechyně 10 km, Milevsko and Tábor 20 km. The river is suitable for swimming as well. At the object there is an unfenced piece of land 500 m?² with garden sitting, grill, parasol and garden shower, at the river there is a rowing boat available. Built-up area 50 m².

Holiday chalet is located in a chalet colony Lešov near Pelhřimov. The object provides comfort and possibilities of recreational enjoyment - in surroundings it is possible to visit the mountain Křemešník with a look-out, Horní Cerekev, Pelhřimov. There is an unfenced piece of land 600 m2 with garden sitting, fire, grill and parasol, for children there is a sand-pit and a children´s swimming pool. Possibility of bike storing. A beautifully reconstructed 200yr old farmhouse located in the quiet hamlet of Novy Svet (New World) surrounded by forests and meadows in a part of South Bohemia called Czech Canada. The region is ideal for cyclo-tourism with marked routes through stunning scenery of forests and lakes reaching all the way to the Austrian border (15km). Destinations of interest include the Landstejn castle, the lovely medieval town of Jindrichuv Hradec and the UNESCO sites of Slavonice and Telc. The surrounding woods are full of blueberries and mushrooms and just a couple of kilometres away are two lakes of crystal clear water for swimming (Zvule and Dolni Radikov). The farmhouse has a large garden of 5.000 m² with an open fireplace for grilling as well as a trolley-grill with seating in a summer-house offering shade and shelter. The forest partially encircles the property. Bicyles can be securely stored in a shed next to the house. This place is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet from the hectic pace of modern life.

A farmhouse with swimming pool located on the outskirts of a quiet village Blanice in southern Bohemia offers two apartments with separate entrance. The location is suitable for spending a quiet holiday, an enclosed courtyard will give you a privacy. There is a swimming pool and a small pond near the river Blanice. You can relax on the covered outdoor seating area with barbecue in an outdoor fireplace. Location close to the Šumava National Park is suitable for biking. For the kids there is a swing and slide, after agreement is possible to secure bicycles.

In the low season can be arranged only one apartment at a reduced price.

The chalet is situated in a quiet place at a forest near the village Oldřiš at the town Jindřichův Hradec. The object is suitable especially for family holiday, for guests there is a steep piece of land 800 m2 with sitting at a fire and a cellar. The meadow in front of the chalet, which also belongs to the owner, is possible to use as a ground for fives etc. In the proximity there is a touristic trail Jindřichův Hradec - Landštejn and many cyclotracks (J. Hradec - Telč). 300 m from the object there is the poossibility of fishing in the Hamerský brook (trout zone, the fishing permit necessary).
