This beautifully renovated South Bohemian farmstead in Frahelž, in the Třeboň region, offers a truly exceptional stay that you simply won't find anywhere else. The traditional South Bohemian house with its enclosed courtyard, barn, pigsty, and a shed with outdoor seating creates an unmistakable atmosphere of authentic countryside life, while offering all the comforts of a modernly renovated property. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a WC; the living room carefully preserves the spirit of a traditional South Bohemian home, and the kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Total capacity is 8 persons plus 2 extra beds (extra beds at a surcharge of 250 CZK per person per night).
The enclosed courtyard with cellars and spaces for various activities, barbecue grills, a firepit, and a bicycle storage area provide everything you need for both active and relaxing days. The adjoining garden with a swimming pool (10 × 5 m) is the perfect spot for hot summer afternoons. The jewel of the property is a small wine cellar with seating — a delightful place to gather after a day of sightseeing and enjoy a glass of fine wine in an authentic setting. A large barn is available for bigger groups and festive celebrations.
The cottage is located 13 km from Třeboň with its famous spa, château, and fishponds, and 19 km from České Budějovice. In the village of Frahelž itself, the Frahelžský pond offers excellent swimming. Cycling routes lead directly from the courtyard into the beautiful Třeboň landscape; bikes and e-bikes can be hired in Třeboň. The village has a restaurant and an inn. An ideal choice for family celebrations, groups of friends, and romantic getaways in the unique setting of the South Bohemian countryside.

How can I book a stay and make a payment?
- By clicking on a free-unoccupied week you choose the arrival date and in the order you fill in number of weeks, number of persons and other necessary data.
- After you send the order you will be displayed the booking confirmation including the summary of information, where are you confirmed that for a period of 5 weekdays after sending the order your booked staying is temporarily reserved for you.
- The definite reservation of the staying is accomplished on the day of receiving a pre-payment on the agency´s bank account.
- After the agency receives the pre-payment you will be sent by post or e-mail the "Confirmation about receiving the first payment".
- The after payment is paid before your arrival on the agency´s bank account. You receive the application for the after payment cca 6 weeks before the arrival. In case the number of days between the date of your order and arrival date is 50 and less, the amount of the pre-payment equals the total price of the staying.
