This holiday cottage with an enclosed courtyard is located in the village of Lukavec u Pacova on the border of South Bohemia and the Vysočina region. The property features two apartments — making it ideal for two friendly families, with the apartment entrances facing each other from a shared landing. On the spacious 3,000 m? plot, there is a pond measuring 22 × 12 m where fishing is available for a fee of 700 CZK per week. The entire complex, whose garden connects to two neighboring plots owned by the owners, is fully fenced. The built-up area of the property is 120 m?.

For summer fun, the grounds offer a 3 m diameter swimming pool, children's swings, sun loungers, a sandpit, and an open fireplace where you can sit and enjoy the soothing sound of the nearby stream. The covered pergola in the enclosed courtyard provides a pleasant seating area with the option for barbecuing.
