The cottage is suitable for families with children or bigger groups. Near the object lead bicycle and ski trails (to Borová Lada, Kvilda, Modrava; downhill skiing - Nové Hutě - 5 km Zadov - 15 km, bus stop nearby the cottage). You can take walking tours in the surrounding of the house (hiking trail leads to the lake Chalupská slať). Also mushroom-pickers can enjoy holiday here. To the cottage belong a fenced garden with pond, garden furniture, barbecue, pergola with a fireplace and sitting area. There is sand box and swing too. Built-up area is 200 m?.

Newly reconstructed cottage is located in a quiet area near the river Vltava in Jistebník village (13 km from Cesky Krumlov). This location is suitable for family active recreation. In summer it is an ideal starting point for hiking (mushrooming), water sports (possibility of renting rafts 0,5 km), fishing (0,5 km river Vltava) and cycling (cycling connector Lipno - Českokrumlovsko - Nové Hrady). In case of bad weather there is available a common room - playroom, where guests can take advantage of many possibilities of attractive games.
On fenced garden is a pergola with comfortable seating and a grill, sandpit and swing. On hot summer days, guests can take a swim in the garden pool. Near the cottage (20 m away) is small turf field suitable for ball games. The lockable storage space option for bikes. Living area 120 m².

Active athletes to fully enjoy the beautiful South Bohemian countryside in all seasons. In winter you can cross-country ski trails around Jistebnice or 15 km away Monínec Ski Resort, which offers a variety of activities as well as in summer. Before the cottage is a small childrens play area with garden suitable for various activities and relaxation. Built-up area 200m².

Holiday cottage in the village of Sudoměřice u Bechyně offers two equipped apartments in the beautiful surroundings of South Bohemia. In the spacious fenced garden, guests can use the 2 pools, open-air pergola and outdoor fireplace. There is also a grassy playground suitable for ball games. Inside the cottage there are two apartments, one on the ground floor and the other in the attic.
This area is a paradise for cycling, relaxation and excursions in the vicinity of ponds, rivers and picturesque villages. With regard to location, trips to historical and other jewels such as Hluboká Castle - ZOO, Červená Lhota, Jindřichův Hradec.

In the separate part of the house with its own entrance is the owner who respects the privacy of the guests.

The use of swimming pools, playgrounds for ball games, swings, skittles, table tennis is provided solely on the responsibility of guests staying here and is visibly marked with informative tables.
