This picturesque semi-log cabin, situated within the protected zone of the Krkonoše National Park at the foot of Černá hora mountain, is an ideal retreat for larger groups seeking comfortable accommodation in a mountain setting. The property is located in a semi-secluded position and its atmosphere and surroundings will captivate guests in every season. The built-up area of the cottage is 120 m2, and guests have use of a fenced plot of 1,000 m2 with generous outdoor facilities: a swimming pool measuring 6 × 3 × 1.2 m, garden seating, a barbecue, a trampoline and a ping-pong table. Summer draws hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts, while also offering a relaxing base for a peaceful rest away from it all. An important note regarding electricity: during the main season (July and August), weekly stays include 50 kWh of electricity; any consumption above this limit is charged to guests at a rate of CZK 6 per kWh, payable to the owner at the end of the stay. Outside the main season, guests pay for all electricity consumed. Average consumption in winter months is between 500 and 600 kWh, and approximately 300 kWh in summer.

The property is set in a semi-secluded location right next to the forest, behind a mountain stream — a quieter and more romantic setting is hard to imagine. The cabin appeals in every season: in summer it is a paradise for mountain hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts, while in winter the surroundings offer excellent conditions for winter sports. It is adjacent to property CH-295, providing accommodation for larger groups of friends or multiple families at once.

Guests have access to a fenced plot of 1,500 m? with garden seating, a barbecue grill, and a 6 × 3 m swimming pool. The total built-up area of the cabin is 150 m?. From the 2023 season, the property includes a new wellness complex featuring a sauna with a cooling tub, a room with a hot tub, a games and relaxation room, and two outdoor terraces. Cottage for Rent — Paseky nad Jizerou — Holiday in Krkonoše

Zrekonstruovaná horská chalupa s historickým vybavením z doby počátku lyžování se nachází v obci Paseky nad Jizerou v Krkonošském národním parku. Chalupa je situována na upraveném svažitém pozemku s rovnou okrasnou horskou zahradou a venkovním nábytkem. Vnitřní prostor je koncipován jako společný prostor s kuchyňskou linkou a prostorným sezením propojený současně se spací galerií v patře. V galerii je k dispozici 6 lůžek. V přízemí se nachází ještě jeden samostatný pokoj se 2 lůžky a možností přistýlky. Vybavení chalupy a její interier je historický, dobový, z přelomu 19/20. století, zajišťující dobovou atmosféru na úkor pohodlí a komfortu (vhodné pro milovníky starých časů). Způsob vytápění v hlavní místnosti je zajištěn kamny na dřevo zn.

Bulerjan, který vytopí celý prostor. V malém pokoji jsou samostatná kamna na dřevo. Ohřev vody je zajištěn elektrickým bojlerem s kapacitou 120l. V kuchyňském koutě je 2-plotýnkový vařič, varná konvice, mikrovlná trouba, lednice a veškeré vybavení k vaření. Zastavěná plocha je 60 m2. V létě si na lesních cestách užijí cyklisté i pěší turisté.
