Forests nearby are ideal for mushroom and berry picking, during a half-hour walk you can get to the ponds, which are suitable for swimming and for fishing. Guests can use a separate part of the land with own entrance to the building, which is not used by anyone else. Nice cottage with sauna is situated in the small village Rudnik in Giant Mountains and provide accommodation during the whole year. It is suitable for families with children or groups of cyclists etc. The surrounding area offers a number of active sports opportunities during the whole year - in winter skiing in the Giant Mountains, in summer hiking and walking tours. Guests can use a partially fenced garden (2,000 m²) with swimming pool, garden cottage with kitchen, garden furniture and grill. There is a sauna and a game room with table tennis, pool table, darts and foosball.

Modern equipped holiday house Nad Slatí is situated in the heart of the National Park Šumava in a small village with the view on the nature reserve Chalupská Slať. The cottage is suitable for families with children or bigger groups. Near the object lead bicycle and ski trails (to Borová Lada, Kvilda, Modrava; downhill skiing - Nové Hutě - 5 km Zadov - 15 km, bus stop nearby the cottage). You can take walking tours in the surrounding of the house (hiking trail leads to the lake Chalupská slať). Also mushroom-pickers can enjoy holiday here. To the cottage belong a fenced garden with pond, garden furniture, barbecue, pergola with a fireplace and sitting area. There is sand box and swing too. Built-up area is 200 m?.

Newly reconstructed cottage is located in a quiet area near the river Vltava in Jistebník village (13 km from Cesky Krumlov). This location is suitable for family active recreation. In summer it is an ideal starting point for hiking (mushrooming), water sports (possibility of renting rafts 0,5 km), fishing (0,5 km river Vltava) and cycling (cycling connector Lipno - Českokrumlovsko - Nové Hrady). In case of bad weather there is available a common room - playroom, where guests can take advantage of many possibilities of attractive games.
