There is the separate part of the yard with own entrance and a garden 400 m² with garden sitting under the pergola, fireplace, smoking chamber and a swimming pool 3,6 m available. Possibility of fishing at 2 private ponds 50 m from the object! Built-up area is 80 m².
In case of the request of more persons it is possible to make use of an apartment (capacity 6 persons) in the opposite part of the farmhouse.
