Nice holiday chalet is situated in a quiet chalet colony called Komušín in the distance of cca 10 km north of Horažďovice. The place will offer you everything you expect from agreeably spent holiday: beautiful environment near the Bohemian-forest mountains, cycling, mashrooming, swimming in the proximity. There is a fenced stair-step garden 500 m² with the possibility of garden sitting right in three spots, so during all day you can enjoy the sun or shadow, according to each guest`s pleasure. In the lower part of the garden there is a covered pergola with a smoking chamber and barbecue. Built-up area 65 m².

Very nice holiday cottage after the complete renovation with central gas heating, two separate housing units is built in the village of Boudy at a distance of 2 km from Čimelice, 12 km from the Orlík lake, 19 km from the royal town of Písek. Many forests, the proximity of the Orlík lake and the castles Orlík, Blatná, Březnice, Zvíkov makes the assumption of great holiday either calm or active - cycling, fishing, walking-tours, or winter cross-country skiing. The building offers enough peace and quiet, it is situated southwards and located at the very end of the settlement in the vicinity of the forest. There are two gardens available, one fully and one partly (from three sides) fenced of the total area 900 m2 with garden chairs, barbecue, garden shower and a parasol, two mountain bikes. There is also a common room for 12 persons with sitting. Built-up area of the building is 240 m2.
In low season it is possible to book only one housing unit with a discount.

The cottage is located in the picturesque mountains of Velka Raca, in the village Oščadnica in Slovakia. The cottage is in a quiet area, in one of the most famous centers of summer and winter tourism. The village Oščadnica is an excellent starting point for various hikes, mountain biking or you can visit the nearby centers like Kalvária, Kaštieľ - Gallery, Church of the Assumption, Kysucké museum, but also a therapeutic - relaxation water center, Relax center - Pool and Sauna. In the center of the village there is a children's lift with ski school (the nearest ski lift is located about 500 m from the cottage in the resort Snow Paradise and Sun Paradise). Guests can use the outdoor seating area, grill and fireplace.

New holiday chalet is located right on the bank of the pond on the edge of a small village Hatín near Jindřichův Hradec. The object is just like made for all who want to spend quiet holiday in the immediate vicinity of the water with the possibility of swimming and also like to get to know the area around Třeboň and Jindřichův Hradec on bikes or by car. At the object there is a fenced piece of land (from one side with a green fence) 350 m² with garden sitting and fire. Nice sitting can be also enjoyed on the terrace, the entrance on which is from the common room.

Fishing is possible (4 km), fishing permit necessary: 350 - 750 CZK per day

The cottage is located in a small quiet village Nové Losiny in the center of the Jeseníky Mountains and is surrounded by grassy slopes and coniferous forests. The cottage is two hundred years old, reconstructed in 1990. There is a sauna in the cottage. Behind the object flows a mountain stream, which is at this point modified into cooling after sauna (in winter we recommend cooling with the snow). It is possible to use a small pool, garden furniture on the covered terrace, outdoor fireplace, smokehouse, outdoor table for table tennis and a portable grill. Among the recreational activities in this area, that can be operated in the summer, are tennis, fishing, horses, palaces and castles, museums, biking and hiking trips along the ridges and valleys of the Jeseníky and Králický Sněžník Mountains. In the winter there is the possibility of cross-country skiing, downhill skiing is possible in resorts, which are 3-15 km far away from the cottage.
