Object code: LE-025 Rent possible 1.6. - 30.9The holiday cottage is located at the beginning of the cottage area close to a river. The site lies near the village Lásenice (600 m) in distance 8km from the city Jindřichův Hradec.
The location is very nice for family holidays and for fishermen. The proximity of the river Nežárka provides rich recreational enjoyment from fishing, swimming and a cruise on the river (available inflatable boat). The place is also suitable for cycling (bikes can be stored in the garage) and walks in the local forests. Cottage offers comfortable seating on the outdoor terrace on the unfenced garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Built-up area is 50 m2.
You can go on a trip to the historical town of Jindřichův Hradec (Castle and Chateau), to the spa town of Třeboň (21 km), to the castle and Chateau in the town of Stráž nad Nejealous (5 km), to the castle Landštejn (24 km) or to the Chateau Červená Lhota (29 km).
Fishing permits can be based on valid fish. Ticket purchase in J. Hradec, Price 500,-Kč/10 days.

Recreation area is also very popular with cyclists, directly behind the cottage is a biking trail.
The cottage has a lounge with a balcony and kitchenette, in the attic are two bedrooms. The bathroom is located in the basement of the cottage. On the unfenced garden there is outdoor furniture, umbrella, children's slide and sandpit.

It is ideal for passionate fishermen, or to experience a beautiful holiday for a family with small children. In the cottage you will find a modern equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a bathroom with TOILET. There are 3 bedrooms and an additional bathroom upstairs.
The cottage is located near the Podolský Bridge near the village Olešná. The hut on one side surrounds the dam and from the other side woods that are suitable for mushrooming or strolles. In the cold months, floor heating with a tiled stove will delight guests. On the contrary, during the summer months, guests will appreciate the spacious terrace where a garden shower for refreshment is located.

Guests can use the kitchenette connected to the living room and bathroom, in the attic there are 2 bedrooms with a terrace, which are passthrough.
The surrounding area is suitable for cycling and hiking trips, and many marked trails can be used. The historical city Tábor, Chýnov Cave, spa town Bechyně is worth seeing. 200 meters from the building are clean sand pits ideal for bathing, near the distant River Lužnice will delight all fishermen. Guests have access to a fable garden with an area of 350 m2 with garden seating under the pergola, barbecue, fireplace and swimming pool with a diameter of 3.66 m. A sandpit and a wooden swing are available for young children. The built-up area of the building is 45 m2.

Surroundings are ideal for all fans of hiking and cycling. You can visit the ruine Dívčí Kámen, the towns Český Krumlov and České Budějovice and in any case we recommend to sally out to the top of the mountain Kleť either on foot or by cable. You will be rewarded by the beautiful view of all the area. The owners, who live in a neighbouring object, own horses - possible to arrange horseriding. There is an outdoor roofed-in sitting with fireplace and under the chalet a stylish room where you can have rest in hot summer days (pictures 10, 11). On request it is possible to use a swimming pool situated in the owners´ garden (also grill is available here with the possibility of piglet baking etc.).

The villas were completed in 2008 and can provide high quality facilities and comfort for all who want to explore the landscape of South Bohemia, and also for those who want to relax and may stay all vacation in one place. Each house has a land area of 800 m2, offers a pleasant covered terrace (area of 30 m2). For both houses there is a swimming pool 7.3 x 3.7 m in the garden available. Built-up area of one house is 100 m2. For children there is a sandpit, swing and trampoline in the garden.
