On the fenced garden of 330 m?, you will find outdoor seating under a pergola with a barbecue, a swimming pool measuring 3.6 m × 5.8 m, covered parking, and a range of activities for young children: a sandpit, an outdoor playhouse, and two children's swings. Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property.

Fishing is possible directly in front of the cottage in a trout stream that borders the property. An additional fishing opportunity is available at the Nový pond, 5 km away, where permits can be purchased Monday to Friday at the fish farm in Chvalšiny. The owner has recently added an infrared sauna for 2 persons for guests: one hour of sauna use is included free of charge with a weekly stay, with each additional hour charged at 400 CZK. One extra bed is available upon agreement with the agency — this must be indicated at the time of booking.
