Important specifics: the property is in a remote area with no mobile signal. The access road is 4 km of unpaved road — a vehicle with good ground clearance is recommended. CH-387 — Villa with Pool for Friends and Families, Putim - Písek

Dreaming of a holiday where the comfort of modern living meets the beauty of South Bohemian nature? Holiday villa CH-387 is part of a pair of luxury villas (CH-387 and CH-388), completed in 2010 and set on a spacious plot directly on the bank of the Blanice river, on the edge of the picturesque village of Putim, just 5 km south of Písek. This location is ideal both for active travellers who want to explore the best of South Bohemia and for families seeking a relaxing retreat in one spot for the entire stay.

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area connected to the living room, from which you step out onto a south-west-facing terrace — the perfect spot to unwind in the afternoon sun. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms ensure that even larger families have plenty of privacy. Each villa has a plot of 800 m2, with a covered terrace of 30 m2 offering pleasant outdoor seating in any weather. The built-up area of each villa is 100 m2. Both villas share a garden swimming pool measuring 7.3 x 3.7 m — refreshment for the whole family is guaranteed. The youngest guests will love the sandpit, swing and trampoline. CH-295 — Log Cabin with Pool for Larger Groups, Rudník, Bolkov - Krkonoše

This picturesque semi-log cabin, situated within the protected zone of the Krkonoše National Park at the foot of Černá hora mountain, is an ideal retreat for larger groups seeking comfortable accommodation in a mountain setting. The property is located in a semi-secluded position and its atmosphere and surroundings will captivate guests in every season. The built-up area of the cottage is 120 m2, and guests have use of a fenced plot of 1,000 m2 with generous outdoor facilities: a swimming pool measuring 6 × 3 × 1.2 m, garden seating, a barbecue, a trampoline and a ping-pong table. Wellness facilities are included in the price of the stay. The cottage is adjacent to property CH-299.

Summer draws hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts, while also offering a relaxing base for a peaceful rest away from it all. Winter brings excellent conditions for winter sports, with the Krkonoše ski resorts within easy reach. An important note regarding electricity: during the main season (July and August), weekly stays include 50 kWh of electricity; any consumption above this limit is charged to guests at a rate of CZK 6 per kWh, payable to the owner at the end of the stay. Outside the main season, guests pay for all electricity consumed. Average consumption in winter months is between 500 and 600 kWh, and approximately 300 kWh in summer.

For short-term stays, electricity is NOT included in the price and is always settled directly with the owner at the end of the stay. Outside the main season, the owner prefers short-term bookings. This modernly equipped cottage in the small hamlet of Nový Svět lies in the very heart of Šumava National Park, with a beautiful view over the Chalupská slať nature reserve. The property is ideal for families with children, groups of friends, and larger parties wishing to stay in one of the most beautiful and best-preserved natural areas in Central Europe.
