New holiday chalet is located right on the bank of the pond on the edge of a small village Hatín near Jindřichův Hradec. The object is just like made for all who want to spend quiet holiday in the immediate vicinity of the water with the possibility of swimming and also like to get to know the area around Třeboň and Jindřichův Hradec on bikes or by car. At the object there is a fenced piece of land (from one side with a green fence) 350 m² with garden sitting and fire. Nice sitting can be also enjoyed on the terrace, the entrance on which is from the common room.

Fishing is possible (4 km), fishing permit necessary: 350 - 750 CZK per day

In low season weekend and shorter stays for advantageous prices are possible.

The cottage reconstructed in the original rustic style is located in a remote area in the beautiful countryside of the highlands of Jistebnice. The attractive location of the property offers many recreational opportunities throughout the year. In summer you can take advantage of marked hiking trails and bike paths in, winter attracts fans of winter sports in the ski resort Monínec (3 km) and with more than 50 km of maintained cross-country skiing trails. The cottage is suitable both for families and trainings with all-day dining. The building has a fenced garden 1.500 m² with garden furniture, fireplace and inflatable pool with a diameter of 3 m. There are also a playground with climbing frames and swings available. You can borrow bikes and skis. In the garden there is a natural lake 2 m deep.

The newly built house near the beach offers comfortable accommodation in a duplex apartment at the beginning of the Rohi peninsula by the Black Sea. The apartment has several terraces with sea view. The beach with fine sand and a gentle entry into the water is just 10 meters from the house. Several small, almost unknown beaches are nearby.
The apartment has two bedrooms with bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room and terrace with stunning panoramic views.

The small town of Carevo (Tsarevo) is spread over two small peninsulas near the Turkish border, about 70 km south of Burgas. In the area are beautiful, small bays with diverse beaches. The most famous beach is sandy beach Nestinarka (near the house). On the main promenade that leads from the northern part of the town to the port in the south, you will find many cafes and restaurants. We recommend visitors a trip to the nearby Strandja mountain, which was declared a national park and is one of the least discovered regions of Bulgaria.

Holiday chalet is located on the edge of forests in the mountain area Muntii Mezesului continuing to the Transylvanian Alps in the area ecologically and by the civilization unstained. Surroundings are suitable for hiking, cycling, mashroom-picking (forests full of mashrooms on favourable terms), sightseeing trips. Possibility of a horse-drawn carriage ride in surroundings. Two bikes available. Local population (mostly of Slovakian origin) deal with agriculture, produce home-made cheese, bread, sheep-cheese and fabulous tea from herbs they pick themselves. This food is possible to buy, eventually order dinners. The object is newly and nicely furnitured. There is a piece of land with fire, skittles (pl) and a swimming pool without filtration for refreshment.

Very nice, luxuriously furnished chalet is located in a beautiful and quiet village Horny Vadičov, 15 km from the city of Žilina. Cottage provides privacy and is ideal for families with children, family celebrations, or pleasant moments with a friends. Local landscape is ideal for walks, cycling or skiing in the winter. Near the cottage is a ski resort Vadičov and other lifts are located 8 km away. Cross-country ski trails start right outside the cottage. In front of the cottage is a fenced garden with pretty landscaping, garden sitting, grill and fire pit. Built up area is 120 m².
