Very nice, luxuriously furnished chalet is located in a beautiful and quiet village Horny Vadičov, 15 km from the city of Žilina. Cottage provides privacy and is ideal for families with children, family celebrations, or pleasant moments with a friends. Local landscape is ideal for walks, cycling or skiing in the winter. Near the cottage is a ski resort Vadičov and other lifts are located 8 km away. Cross-country ski trails start right outside the cottage. In front of the cottage is a fenced garden with pretty landscaping, garden sitting, grill and fire pit. Built up area is 120 m².

Comfortably reconstructed cottage - farm is situated in the unspoilt countryside of the Czech Canada on the outskirts of Mysletice. Neighborhood attracts to cycling and walking trips, the cycling trail No. 5021 goes directly around the house. In the area: 7 km Telč (UNESCO), 7 km Dačice, 19 km Slavonice. Up to 300 m from the house there is a pond suitable for swimming, woods, tennis court, football pitch and playground. The cottage is situated in a quiet place with no direct neighbors. Newly built timber house is situated in the protective zone of the national park of Krkonoše mountains at the foot of Černá hora. The object is located in a quiet place and offers its guests a nice stay in every season. In summer it attracts fans of hiking and mountain bikes, it provides nice rear for you rest relaxation at the same time as well. In winter surroundings offer perfect conditions for winter sports. Modern equipped holiday house Nad Slatí is situated in the heart of the National Park Šumava in a small village with the view on the nature reserve Chalupská Slať. The cottage is suitable for families with children or bigger groups. Near the object lead bicycle and ski trails (to Borová Lada, Kvilda, Modrava; downhill skiing - Nové Hutě - 5 km Zadov - 15 km, bus stop nearby the cottage). You can take walking tours in the surrounding of the house (hiking trail leads to the lake Chalupská slať). Also mushroom-pickers can enjoy holiday here. In the quiet village of Lower Morava, which is located in a mountain massif Kralický Sněžník (1,424 meters above sea level), you will find cheap accommodation in comfortable apartments (total capacity 30 beds). This location will offer year-round activities for winter and summer family vacation. Near the pension (300 m) is a ski freestyle park Větrný Vrch and at a distance of 1.5 kilometers other lifts and ski slopes, cross country skiing and childrens ski park. In the summer you can use marked trails for hiking and biking, a climbing center, childrens Fun Park and other attractions.
The apartments have fully equipped kitchen, TV + SAT, connect to a wireless network WIFI and a private bathroom. On adjacent sunlit garden have children a trampoline, swings and a sandbox.
