Fishing is possible directly in front of the cottage in a trout stream that borders the property. An additional fishing opportunity is available at the Nový pond, 5 km away, where permits can be purchased Monday to Friday at the fish farm in Chvalšiny. The owner has recently added an infrared sauna for 2 persons for guests: one hour of sauna use is included free of charge with a weekly stay, with each additional hour charged at 400 CZK.
