Very nice holiday chalet is located in the village Strážkovice in a chalet colony Želízkův mlýn (lying at the river Stropnice) 12 km south-west of České Budějovice. The place offers great recreational enjoyment with regard to the area of České Budějovice and the area of Novohradské mountains, which still can be proud of their virgin and untouched countryside. The object has been newly reconstructed and will offer you enough comfort. Clients can use a nicely treated piece of land 1.000 m2 with sitting under the pergola, outdoor fireplace, table tennis and possibility of 2 bikes for a fee. Built-up area of the object is 60 m2.

The apartment is located on the island of Murter for peaceful village within easy reach of the city Betina 400. The apartment is located right by the sea and offers accommodation for 5 people (possible collateral and other apartments). Due to the rugged coast of the island you will find how quiet coves with beautiful beaches, as well as partially open sea with views of the National Park Kornati, which can be reached by boat from the harbor. The beaches are sandy with a gradual entry into the water and stone - everyone will find his own. The apartment house is situated in a quiet location within easy reach of the city at a distance of 400 m.

The apartment is located on the first floor on the island of Murter in a calm bay in the village Betina close to the sea (20m). The house has several apartments, which can be arranged also ensure (ground floor occupied by the owner).
The apartment offers two bedrooms, fitted kitchen, internet access and a nice balcony with seating and barbecue.
Due to the rugged coast of the island you will find how quiet coves with beautiful beaches, as well as partially open sea with views of the National Park Kornati, which can be reached by boat from the harbor. The beaches are sandy with a gradual entry into the water and stone - everyone will find his own. The apartment house is situated in a quiet location within easy reach of the city at a distance of 300 m.

Holiday cottage is located in the village Lukavec u Pacova on the boundary of the South Bohemia and the Highlands. In the object you can find two flat units - the object is ideal for the accommodation of two friendly families. In a large piece of land 3.000 m² there is a pond 22x12 m with the possibility of fishing. For summer rejoicings there is also a swimming pool 3 m, the nice rest occasion is provided in a roofed-over pergola in a closed yard with the possibility of barbecue or in a garden at the pond with fire where you can sit while listening to the sound of the water in a brook. There are also a sand-pit, swings, badminton, trampoline, petanque. Built-up area of the object is 120 m². In high season surroundings become a mashroom paradise.
Cyclotracks: 101, 1217, 161,... You can visit the protected landscape area Velký Blaník (639 m with a look-out), the castles Kámen, Lipnice nad Sázavou, the ruines Šelmberk, Orlík (at Humpolec), the lake Želiv, Sedlice, the cave of Chýnov or a light railway (Obrataň).

In low season it is possible to make use of the apartment separately for advantageous prices in case of the total capacity unfulfilling.

The double-decked cosy apartment is located in a new family house in the village Kamenný Újezd near the main road from České Budějovice to Český Krumlov. The object is suitable for all who look for a quality and advantageously situated accommodation only 12 km from České Budějovice and 15 km from Český Krumlov with very good connection to the area of the Lipno lake or Austria. Clients can use a partly fenced piece of land with grill and the possibility of garden sitting. At the apartment there is also a garden, which is used only by guests.
