The holiday cottage is located at the beginning of the cottage area close to a river. The site lies near the village Lásenice (600 m) in distance 8km from the city Jindřichův Hradec.
The location is very nice for family holidays and for fishermen. The proximity of the river Nežárka provides rich recreational enjoyment from fishing, swimming and a cruise on the river (available inflatable boat). The place is also suitable for cycling (bikes can be stored in the garage) and walks in the local forests. Cottage offers comfortable seating on the outdoor terrace on the unfenced garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Built-up area is 50 m².
You can go on a trip to the historical town of Jindřichův Hradec (Castle and Chateau), to the spa town of Třeboň (21 km), to the castle and Chateau in the town of Stráž nad Nejealous (5 km), to the castle Landštejn (24 km) or to the Chateau Červená Lhota (29 km).
Fishing permits can be based on valid fish. Ticket purchase in J. Hradec, Price 500,-Kč/10 days.

Holiday cottage on the banks of the river Nežárka is located near the village Lásenice, 8 km from the town of Jindřichův Hradec. The proximity of the river provides many possibilities - swimming, fishing, boating on the river (there is a canoe). Guests have private access to the river, where is also a fireplace with seating, smokehouse and steps down to the river. Recreation area is also very popular with cyclists, directly behind the cottage is a biking trail.
The cottage has a lounge with a balcony and kitchenette, in the attic are two bedrooms. The bathroom is located in the basement of the cottage. On the unfenced garden there is outdoor furniture, umbrella, children's slide and sandpit.
You can visit the historical town od Jindrichuv Hradec, spa town of Trebon (21 km), the castle Straz nad Nežárkou (5 km), Landštejn (24 km) or Cervena Lhota castle (29 km).

Very nice holiday cottage after the complete renovation with central gas heating, two separate housing units is built in the village of Boudy at a distance of 2 km from Čimelice, 12 km from the Orlík lake, 19 km from the royal town of Písek. Many forests, the proximity of the Orlík lake and the castles Orlík, Blatná, Březnice, Zvíkov makes the assumption of great holiday either calm or active - cycling, fishing, walking-tours, or winter cross-country skiing. The building offers enough peace and quiet, it is situated southwards and located at the very end of the settlement in the vicinity of the forest. There are two gardens available, one fully and one partly (from three sides) fenced of the total area 900 m2 with garden chairs, barbecue, garden shower and a parasol, two mountain bikes. There is also a common room for 12 persons with sitting. Built-up area of the building is 240 m2.
In low season it is possible to book only one housing unit with a discount.

The hamlet without the electricity is situated in the middle of pastures and woods in the beautiful countryside of Jeseníky. It is ideal for those who want to have a rest from the city rush and enjoy the peace. Surroundings are suitable for hikers and bikers. You can visit the castle Velké Losiny (25 km), the castle Bouzov (30 km), the stalactical caves Javoříčko (30 km). In the whole object you can only use candles, in each room there is a tile stove for heating. In the unfenced piece of land right in front of the cottage there is a pool (20 m2) available. Except for a garden sitting with grill there are also a covered terrace with table tennis and sauna. For kids there is a sand-pit, petangue and darts. Within 3 km there are also tennis courts.

The cottage reconstructed in the original rustic style is located in a remote area in the beautiful countryside of the highlands of Jistebnice. The attractive location of the property offers many recreational opportunities throughout the year. In summer you can take advantage of marked hiking trails and bike paths in, winter attracts fans of winter sports in the ski resort Monínec (3 km) and with more than 50 km of maintained cross-country skiing trails. The cottage is suitable both for families and trainings with all-day dining. The building has a fenced garden 1.500 m² with garden furniture, fireplace and inflatable pool with a diameter of 3 m. There are also a playground with climbing frames and swings available. You can borrow bikes and skis. In the garden there is a natural lake 2 m deep.
