Holiday chalet is located in a chalet colony at close quarters of the lake Slapy. Surroundings are ideal for cycling, water sports, fishing and swimming in nature. Possibility of the lake crossing to the other side, where guests can visit the recreational centre Měřín with a covered swimming pool, bowling and other sport and relaxation enjoyment. At the object there is a fenced piece of land 300 m² with garden sitting, fire and grill. Built-up area 50 m².

Holiday cottage is located in the village Lukavec u Pacova on the boundary of the South Bohemia and the Highlands. In the object you can find two flat units - the object is ideal for the accommodation of two friendly families. In a large piece of land 3.000 m² there is a pond 22x12 m with the possibility of fishing. For summer rejoicings there is also a swimming pool 3 m, the nice rest occasion is provided in a roofed-over pergola in a closed yard with the possibility of barbecue or in a garden at the pond with fire where you can sit while listening to the sound of the water in a brook. There are also a sand-pit, swings, badminton, trampoline, petanque. Built-up area of the object is 120 m². In high season surroundings become a mashroom paradise.
Cyclotracks: 101, 1217, 161,... You can visit the protected landscape area Velký Blaník (639 m with a look-out), the castles Kámen, Lipnice nad Sázavou, the ruines Šelmberk, Orlík (at Humpolec), the lake Želiv, Sedlice, the cave of Chýnov or a light railway (Obrataň).

In low season it is possible to make use of the apartment separately for advantageous prices in case of the total capacity unfulfilling.

The property consists of two buildings - with only rented a small house with a balcony that, in addition to the original wooden bell tower (inaccessible). Fenced property with swimming pool, childrens sand pit, outdoor grill and fireplace is located in an attractive, popular tourist area Slapy in a quiet, surrounded by forest, a settlement in paradise belonging to the community more. The area around the rented house offers innumerable offer tours of the surrounding countryside and historical sights. Property is also suitable for mushroom pickers, swimming and cycling. For more demanding clients near the object can use the tennis courts, mini golf and a newly established golf course or the possibility of a balloon flight. More sporty and physically fit individuals will appreciate and adventurous team plays in TEP factor, which is inspired by Fort Boyard see Pirates of the Caribbean.

In the vicinity there are also contemporary museum Křižovnická granary, the Gold Museum in New Knín and Jílové near Prague, as well as mine adit Josef in Pribram, Jewish cemetery at Celine and Neveklov, locks and Zbraslav Konopiště known Midsummer currents, or Holy Mountain with the Black Madonna in Pribram. Modern equipped holiday house Nad Slatí is situated in the heart of the National Park Šumava in a small village with the view on the nature reserve Chalupská Slať. The cottage is suitable for families with children or bigger groups. Near the object lead bicycle and ski trails (to Borová Lada, Kvilda, Modrava; downhill skiing - Nové Hutě - 5 km Zadov - 15 km, bus stop nearby the cottage). You can take walking tours in the surrounding of the house (hiking trail leads to the lake Chalupská slať). Also mushroom-pickers can enjoy holiday here. To the cottage belong a fenced garden with pond, garden furniture, barbecue, pergola with a fireplace and sitting area. There is sand box and swing too. Built-up area is 200 m?.

The apartment house is situated in the centre of the village Dehtáře near České Budějovice only 300 m from the lake Dehtář, which offers quality swimming or the possibility of boat sailing or surfing. In the house there are six apartments, all after the complete reconstruction, with own kitchens and social facilities. Clients have available a large closed yard with garden sitting and a garden with a roofed swimming pool. At the farmhouse there are 5 saddle horse stabled, which are available. Ideální místo pro rodinné oslavy, svatby, teem buildings etc. The total capacity of the building 46 people.
