This holiday cottage with an enclosed courtyard is located in the village of Lukavec u Pacova on the border of South Bohemia and the Vysočina region. The property features two apartments — making it ideal for two friendly families, with the apartment entrances facing each other from a shared landing. On the spacious 3,000 m? plot, there is a pond measuring 22 × 12 m where fishing is available for a fee of 700 CZK per week. The entire complex, whose garden connects to two neighboring plots owned by the owners, is fully fenced. The built-up area of the property is 120 m?.

For summer fun, the grounds offer a 3 m diameter swimming pool, children's swings, sun loungers, a sandpit, and an open fireplace where you can sit and enjoy the soothing sound of the nearby stream. The covered pergola in the enclosed courtyard provides a pleasant seating area with the option for barbecuing. The property is not permanently occupied; the owner visits occasionally for maintenance or harvesting purposes and uses their own separate spaces. During the season, the surrounding area becomes a paradise for mushroom pickers. Cycling routes: 101, 1217, 161, and others.

Wellness facilities are available on request for an additional charge of 2,600 CZK per week (for shorter stays: 1,600 CZK for 2 days, each additional day + 200 CZK) — payment is made on site. The wellness area includes a heated saltwater pool measuring 3 × 4 m and a heated family hot tub. Nearby attractions include the Velký Blaník Protected Landscape Area (639 m — lookout tower), the castles of Kámen and Lipnice nad Sázavou, the ruins of Šelmberk and Orlík near Humpolec, the Želiv reservoir, Sedlice, the Chýnov dolomite cave, and the narrow-gauge excursion railway from Obrataň.

    Krásné místo, ale bohužel zanedbané, chtělo by to více péče a investovat do modernizace např. vybavení apartmánu. Dále by bylo vhodné upozornit klienty, že kostel u kterého se objekt nachází vyzvání každou čtvrthodinu a dále pak v 6,00,12,00 a 20,00 hodin několik minut dost hlučné vyzvánění kostelních zvonů, opravdu není každému příjemné

How can I book a stay and make a payment?

  • By clicking on a free-unoccupied week you choose the arrival date and in the order you fill in number of weeks, number of persons and other necessary data.
  • After you send the order you will be displayed the booking confirmation including the summary of information, where are you confirmed that for a period of 5 weekdays after sending the order your booked staying is temporarily reserved for you.
  • The definite reservation of the staying is accomplished on the day of receiving a pre-payment on the agency´s bank account.
  • After the agency receives the pre-payment you will be sent by post or e-mail the "Confirmation about receiving the first payment".
  • The after payment is paid before your arrival on the agency´s bank account. You receive the application for the after payment cca 6 weeks before the arrival. In case the number of days between the date of your order and arrival date is 50 and less, the amount of the pre-payment equals the total price of the staying.
