Stylish cottage is located above the village Vitkovice in beautiful scenery of Giang Mountains. Individually built part of the cottage gives you a nice and comfortable accommodation at an altitude of 720 m above the sea with views of the mountain peaks. In the summer months there is a suitable place for tours along marked trails, horseback riding, biking (bike rentals in the area) and other interesting activities. During the winter, you are near the ski-lifts and slopes accessible by foot or by car, winter cross-country skiing trails (500 meters away), winter horseback riding and sleigh rides and winter sports equipment rentals.
On the unfenced garden you can relax in the outdoor seating area with barbecue and outdoor swimming pool with dimensions of 8.5 x 4 meters with a depth of 1 to 1.5 m Possibility of heating the pool for a fee (paid by the actual consumption - about 3.000CZK/week). Built-up area 160 m?.

We recommend to use the object in the lower post of persons (13 persons ). Then the room in ground floor can be used just like common room.

This cottage is perfect for a family or a couple who is looking for privacy and tranquility in a Canadian log cabin atmosphere while having everything you need within reach because the cabin is located within the ranch. The whole area is interference between the fences where we keep American horses and cattle. In case, that you want to spend your holiday in the saddle with your own horse, we have prepared for you pasture housing or housing in outdoor boxes for free. In particular, the lower bedroom which is decorated in a combination of log of logs and stone, will remain in your memories for a long time. Like Tapadera, there is also the heart of a massive fireplace heating, which will make each night pleasure. The cabin is very high standard equipped with everything you will need for your vacation. Of course there are LCD TV in rooms, fully equipped bathrooms shop including hair dryers, large plasma in the lounge. Separates you from the pool just 20 steps.

The house is situated in a quiet part of the small town Benecko - 300 m walk to the centre. Surroundings offer possibilities for fans of both winter and summer sports - cross-country skiing routes begin cca 1 km from the object, within 300 m you can find two ski slopes (other 1,5 km from the house, Špindlerův Mlýn 18 km), in summer season you can make use of a local golf course, a tennis court or the possibility of horseriding. You can visit Jilemnice or Vrchlabí. There is a sitting with garden furniture and grill available.

The holiday cottage is located in the picturesque nature of South Bohemia between the towns of Trhová Sviny and Nové Hrady. It is suitable for families with children, but also for passionate cyclists and mushroom pickers. The surrounding nature invites you to play sports as well as wander in the forest or take trips with children. 

Cottage in the small village of Petříkov offers you an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. The living room in this cottage is one of the bedrooms, where you can also find a TV. On the fenced garden with an area of 400 m2 there is a sandpit, swing and trampoline for children. For adults a smaller sitting under the shade of a tree. Another 400m2 garden is un fenced.

There are a plethora of possibilities for trips in the surroundings - it is worth mentioning e.g. Red Blato, Nové Hrady Castle, Targetino Údolí, Dvorec Zoo, Safari Hluboká u Borovan, Borovany Swimming Pool and others.
