Fishing cottage CH-045 stands directly on the bank of the Nová řeka (New River), in a romantic spot between Třeboň and Mláka in the direction of Jindřichův Hradec, close to the weir where the Nová řeka meets the Nežárka River. The cottage sits in solitude amid the picturesque landscape of the Třeboň Basin, offering the kind of peace and quiet that is hard to find today. The interior is fully equipped: kitchen, bathroom, WC and sleeping capacity for 3 persons (2+1). The outdoor area includes a terrace, garden seating and a campfire place.
Fishing on the Nová řeka or the Nežárka is a natural highlight — guests are required to purchase their own fishing permits (annual or daily, approx. CZK 200–400). Distance from Třeboň is 8 km, from Jindřichův Hradec 22 km. Please note: guests must bring their own bed linen and towels.
The Třeboň region is a land of ponds, cycling trails and relaxation. Třeboň (8 km) offers a beautiful castle, renowned spa facilities and a charming historic centre. The ponds of the Třeboň Basin are home to carp, pike-perch and many other fish species. Cottage CH-045 is a true paradise for passionate anglers.

This area is very popular and frequented by fishermen.
Chalet equipment:
- the equipment is very simple but tasty and efficient
- seating for 4 people overlooking the river
- the possibility of heating - new wood stoves (room and bedroom), fireplace
- fridge on gas
- cooking on a gas cooker
- without the electricity source - lightening with the help of gas (filling will be supplied by the owner) or paraffin lamps
- without the source of drinking water - the water only in a well (not drinking)
- WC - dry, without shower - Shower - On warm days you can use a garden showers, water is pumped from the river

Jednalo se o můj dvacátý pobyt. Vždy jsem byl velmi spokojen . Klidné prostředí a velmi pěkná příroda. Vhodné zejména pro rybáře. Mám vážný důvod, proč se mi nechce hodnotit.
Tedy pravdivě hodnotit.
Pobyt, prostředí, ticho, "dušobalzám", interiér chaty s vůní a vším, co poctivé slovo "chata" znamená, exteriér a okolí jako reklamu na ráj..

How can I book a stay and make a payment?
- By clicking on a free-unoccupied week you choose the arrival date and in the order you fill in number of weeks, number of persons and other necessary data.
- After you send the order you will be displayed the booking confirmation including the summary of information, where are you confirmed that for a period of 5 weekdays after sending the order your booked staying is temporarily reserved for you.
- The definite reservation of the staying is accomplished on the day of receiving a pre-payment on the agency´s bank account.
- After the agency receives the pre-payment you will be sent by post or e-mail the "Confirmation about receiving the first payment".
- The after payment is paid before your arrival on the agency´s bank account. You receive the application for the after payment cca 6 weeks before the arrival. In case the number of days between the date of your order and arrival date is 50 and less, the amount of the pre-payment equals the total price of the staying.
