Spacious holiday cottage is located on the edge of the small village Litohošť 9 km west of Pelhřimov in the direction of Pacov. The cottage very nicely furnitured, it provides enough privacy and comfort yearlong. You can use a solar heated swimming pool 7x4 m with contraflow, yearlong running whirlpool 2,5 x 1,5 m located in the yard, fitness rooms, table tennis and sauna with restroom which is located inside the house. Piece of land 2.000 m? with garden sitting, grill, sand pit and a small house for children. Built-up area 240 m?. Apart from provided accommodation there is a garden house for 3 persons for CZK 2.000 available.

The final cleaning fee is mandatory and payable upon arrival at CZK 1,000.

Holiday chalet is located in a fenced piece of land in a quiet outside part of the town Jindřichův Hradec. It is suitable for families with kids who require peace and privacy and can make use of all advantages of the historical town, which is within the direct grasp, at the same time. 1 km from the object there is an aquapark, in the same distance the river Nežárka, where fishing is possible, flows. In the immediate vicinity there are many cyclotracks, two natural sandy lakes and a light railway. Jindřichův Hradec is surrounded by beautiful woods so mashroom-pickers come into their own here in autumn as well. There is a garden 1.100 m² with sitting, rocking-bench, fire and grill, it is also possible to put up a tent here. For the refreshment there is a swimming pool 3,6 m with solar heating. Built-up area 55 m².

The cottage is located in a small quiet village Nové Losiny in the center of the Jeseníky Mountains and is surrounded by grassy slopes and coniferous forests. The cottage is two hundred years old, reconstructed in 1990. There is a sauna in the cottage. Behind the object flows a mountain stream, which is at this point modified into cooling after sauna (in winter we recommend cooling with the snow). It is possible to use a small pool, garden furniture on the covered terrace, outdoor fireplace, smokehouse, outdoor table for table tennis and a portable grill. Among the recreational activities in this area, that can be operated in the summer, are tennis, fishing, horses, palaces and castles, museums, biking and hiking trips along the ridges and valleys of the Jeseníky and Králický Sněžník Mountains. In the winter there is the possibility of cross-country skiing, downhill skiing is possible in resorts, which are 3-15 km far away from the cottage.

The cottage is situated in a small village Dolníky in Podkrkonoší near Trutnov. Around the cottage there is a fenced garden. This house is offered as ideal for spending a quiet vacation or a business trips. 1.3 km from the house there is a local playground, pond 800 m, 1.1 km swimming, water slide, 2 tennis courts, miniature golf, paddle boat rental, forest 300 m. For winter recreation there are ski resort Mladé Buky (7 km), ski areal Prkenný důl (10 km), ski resort Jánské spa with a chairlift up to Černá mountain, Pec pod Sněžkou 22 km, Černá Důl 23 km. All is operated by ski bus from Trutnov. Built-up area 50 m².
