The Orlík reservoir — one of the largest water bodies in the Czech Republic — offers endless opportunities for swimming, boating, and water sports, and this cottage puts all of that literally at your fingertips. The property is very nicely furnished, with a built-up floor area of 50 m?.

The cottage layout includes a basement with a living room and kitchenette, a ground floor with a bedroom, bathroom, and separate WC, and an attic with a second bedroom — a spacious and comfortable base for the whole family. Guests have access to an unfenced garden of 400 m? with garden seating under a pergola, a fireplace, and a sun umbrella. A particular highlight is the rowing boat moored directly on the lake, available to guests free of charge — the boat is fitted with a mount for an electric outboard motor (you can bring your own motor, or hire one for approximately 1,000 CZK; please note that you must bring your own car battery). Important: bed linen is not provided at this property — guests must bring their own!
