Cottage for Rent Buková — Holiday in Novohradské hory

We offer for rent a cottage in the heart of the Novohradské hory mountains – in the small village of Buková near Nové Hrady. It is a new build completed in 2020, sensitively set within 3.000 m 2 of ornamental garden – the „Zahrady v rokli“ (Garden in the Ravine). The cottage is laid out as a 3+kk (two bedrooms plus a living room with kitchenette) and sleeps four people. The living room (30m 2 ), connected to the kitchen, is dominated by a modern fireplace, a lounge suite and a TV. A full-height picture window offers a magnificent view of the Novohradské hory mountains and opens onto a generous terrace with seating and steps down to the garden. The kitchen is fully fitted with appliances. There are 2 bedrooms, one with two separate beds and the other with a double bed. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.

The bathroom offers a shower enclosure, a washbasin with storage space, a toilet and a wall-mounted cabinet. Heating is provided by a heated towel rail. In the lower part of the garden there is a natural swimming pond surrounded by mature trees, along with a pergola with seating and a view over the pond. In the upper part of the garden there is a small pond with a waterfall, which can be admired from the terrace. An outdoor solar shower in the garden is on hand for a quick cool down. Under the pergola you can sit by the gas barbecue. The garden also includes an outdoor fire pit. The entire plot is fenced.

Parking is provided on the property's own grounds. A Wi-fi connection is also available. Given the character of the ornamental garden with its swimming pond and water feature, the owner asks that families with children come only with children aged at least 15. Pets are not allowed. The cottage is non-smoking. The plot directly adjoins the „Pamětí Slepičích hor“ cycle route, and the cottage therefore also offers bicycle storage in the basement. Cottage for Rent Milavy — Holiday in Strakonice

The holiday cottage stands in the grounds of the Milavy campsite, on a meadow below a small wood about 80 m from the pond. The Milavy campsite lies near the village of Velká Turná, Strakonice district, South Bohemia. The village of Velká Turná is about 1 km from the campsite.

The village can be reached by bus and by train. The cottage has one bedroom with two bunk beds, then another room with a kitchen unit and a dining table, and a further bathroom with a toilet. The campsite spreads along the shore of the Milavý pond, where you can swim, fish (after buying a permit), go boating, windsurfing and so on.

The campsite also caters for sport: there are two sports pitches for volleyball, football tennis and various ball games. Cycling routes can be joined straight from the campsite. There are also public toilets and washrooms, a pub with fast food and a grocery shop.

Cottage for Rent with Pool Petříkov — Holiday in Trhové Sviny

The holiday cottage lies in the picturesque countryside of South Bohemia between the towns of Trhové Sviny and Nové Hrady. It suits families with children, but also keen cyclists and mushroom pickers.

The surrounding countryside invites you to play sport as well as to wander through the woods or take trips with the children. The cottage in the small village of Petříkov offers an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet. In this cottage one of the bedrooms serves as the living room, and you will find a television there too. In the fenced garden of 400 m 2 there is a sandpit, a swing and a trampoline ready for the children, and for adults a small seating area in the shade of a tree. A further 400m 2 of the garden is not fenced. The area offers a huge number of options for trips - worth mentioning are, for example, Červené Blato, Nové Hrady castle, Terčino Údolí, ZOO Dvorec, Safari Hluboká u Borovan, the Borovany open-air swimming pool and others. An above-ground pool is available from the 2024 season.
