In the object you can find two flat units - the object is ideal for the accommodation of two friendly families. In a large piece of land 3.000 m2 there is a pond 22x12 m with the possibility of fishing. For summer rejoicings there is also a swimming pool 3 m, the nice rest occasion is provided in a roofed-over pergola in a closed yard with the possibility of barbecue or in a garden at the pond with fire where you can sit while listening to the sound of the water in a brook. There are also a sand-pit, swings, badminton, trampoline, petanque. Built-up area of the object is 120 m2. In high season surroundings become a mashroom paradise.
Cyclotracks: 101, 1217, 161,... You can visit the protected landscape area Velký Blaník (639 m with a look-out), the castles Kámen, Lipnice nad Sázavou, the ruines Šelmberk, Orlík (at Humpolec), the lake Želiv, Sedlice, the cave of Chýnov or a light railway (Obrataň).
In low season it is possible to make use of the apartment separately for advantageous prices in case of the total capacity unfulfilling.

The building is an ideal base for making trips and enjoying sports activities in any season. Right there in the village are two ski slopes and many cross-country tracks. In the summer guests can enjoy trekking following the marked trails or cycle on the bicycle paths. The house has a non-fenced 500 m? garden with a garden seating, a fireplace and a grill. There is also table tennis in the basement. The basement can be used also for bikes and skis storage. The cottage is very spacious which gives a lot of privacy and comfort.
During off season is possible to use only part of the cottage and get discount!!!

Guests can use a separate part of the land with own entrance to the building, which is not used by anyone else. In a separate part of the building you can rent three separate rooms - suitable for larger groups and friendly families (accommodation in these rooms on request). There is also outdoor seating at the fireplace with a grill, which may be occasionally used other guests.

The fishing lodge is located on the mainland in an olive grove in a quiet secluded part 1 km from the town Pirovac (between Zadar and Sibenik). The house is distanced from other objects are 200-300 meters, so there you have your privacy.
Pirovac is a picturesque town in northern Dalmatia and is a popular tourist destination thanks to lovely coves and pebble beaches. In the resort of Pirovac there are several nice restaurants where you can try the excellent seafood and local specialties.
In addition to families with children, Pirovac point of interest for fans of fishing, as in a nearby lake, called Vrana, you can catch an unusually large catfish, carp and run away.

It is possible to arrange full-board for EUR 19 per person and day in a nice restaurant opposite the object. This price includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and the entrance to the paid beach.
