The proximity of the river provides many possibilities - swimming, fishing, boating on the river (there is a canoe). Recreation area is also very popular with cyclists, directly behind the cottage is a biking trail.

Object code: CH-649 Yearlong rentVery nice holiday cottage after the complete renovation with central gas heating, two separate housing units is built in the village of Boudy at a distance of 2 km from Čimelice, 12 km from the Orlík lake, 19 km from the royal town of Písek. Many forests, the proximity of the Orlík lake and the castles Orlík, Blatná, Březnice, Zvíkov makes the assumption of great holiday either calm or active - cycling, fishing, walking-tours, or winter cross-country skiing. The building offers enough peace and quiet, it is situated southwards and located at the very end of the settlement in the vicinity of the forest. There are two gardens available, one fully and one partly (from three sides) fenced of the total area 900 m2 with garden chairs, barbecue, garden shower and a parasol, two mountain bikes. There is also a common room for 12 persons with sitting. Built-up area of the building is 240 m2.

Individually built part of the cottage gives you a nice and comfortable accommodation at an altitude of 720 m above the sea with views of the mountain peaks. In the summer months there is a suitable place for tours along marked trails, horseback riding, biking (bike rentals in the area) and other interesting activities. During the winter, you are near the ski-lifts and slopes accessible by foot or by car, winter cross-country skiing trails (500 meters away), winter horseback riding and sleigh rides and winter sports equipment rentals.
On the unfenced garden you can relax in the outdoor seating area with barbecue and outdoor swimming pool with dimensions of 8.5 x 4 meters with a depth of 1 to 1.5 m Possibility of heating the pool for a fee (paid by the actual consumption - about 3.000CZK/week). Built-up area 160 m?.
We recommend to use the object in the lower post of persons (13 persons ). Then the room in ground floor can be used just like common room.
In the second half of the property lives the owner which fully respects the privacy of the guests.
