Vacation villas are built in in a large piece of land on the banks of the river Blanice on the outskirts of the village Putim 5 km south of Písek. The villas were completed in 2008 and can provide high quality facilities and comfort for all who want to explore the landscape of South Bohemia, and also for those who want to relax and may stay all vacation in one place. Each house has a land area of 800 m², offers a pleasant covered terrace (area of 30 m²). For both houses there is a swimming pool 7.3 x 3.7 m in the garden available. Built-up area of one house is 100 m². For children there is a sandpit, swing and trampoline in the garden.
 

These prices are for accommodation in one villa. When renting both villas, you need to create an order for both buildings - CH-387 + CH-388.

Holiday cottage is located in a remote area in the Valley of the Obrataň near the town of Tabor. The cottage offers a pleasant holiday and is suitable for lovers of peace and privacy. The building is renovated in the original rustic style and provide guests relax in beautiful countryside.
Forests that are nearby are ideal for cycling, hiking, but also for mushroom and berry gatherers. During the half-hour walk you can get to the pond, which can be used for swimming or fishing. The cottage is ideal for a relaxing stay for families with children and for those who choose to visit the beauty of South Bohemia. Guests have a fenced yard approx 2000 m? with enclosed yard, garden grill, fireplace and a parasol. Part of the farm is locked and no one uninhabited. Built-up area 812 m?. Trips: Castle Rock, Ghost Museum and Museum of the World Records at Pelhřimov.

Family villa is located in a large fenced garden is a small and quiet village Sobědraž in the middle of woods, meadows and groves near the known recreational centre Husárna. The proximity of the Orlík lake offers quality swimming, fishing, water sports, cycling and visiting interesting destinations. Guests can use the whole storey of the villa while noone else occupies the object. Garden 1.000 m² with garden sitting, grill and shower. Floor space 60 m².

House of Javornik Rohanov Šumava. This holiday house is located on the edge of the small village Rohanov in the beautiful landscape near the forest. The house is suitable for stays in every season. In summer months guests can take advantage of marked cycling trails and hiking tracks (Kvilda, Modrava, Srní, Povydří, Bučina), in winter there are very good conditions for winter sports (Javorník 2 km, ski areal Zadov 10 km, Kašperské Hory 10 km). At the house there is an unfenced piece of land 1.000 m? with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, sand-pit, swing and a gum swimming pool 3x2 m. Built-up area 120 m². Possible to store bikes and skis. WIFI for free, wasching maschine, dishwasher.

The cottage is located in the picturesque mountains of Velka Raca, in the village Oščadnica in Slovakia. The cottage is in a quiet area, in one of the most famous centers of summer and winter tourism. The village Oščadnica is an excellent starting point for various hikes, mountain biking or you can visit the nearby centers like Kalvária, Kaštieľ - Gallery, Church of the Assumption, Kysucké museum, but also a therapeutic - relaxation water center, Relax center - Pool and Sauna. In the center of the village there is a children's lift with ski school (the nearest ski lift is located about 500 m from the cottage in the resort Snow Paradise and Sun Paradise). Guests can use the outdoor seating area, grill and fireplace.
