The unfenced land of 600 m2 offers garden seating, fireplace, barbecue and umbrella, for children there is a sandpit and a children's pool. Cyclists will surely appreciate the possibility of storing bicycles. The built-up area of the building is 50 m2.
Tips for trips: The municipality of Lešov leads the Blue hiking trail, the town of Pelhřimov (historical center, observation towers, Castle, Museum of Records and Curiosities etc.) and the Nature Trail Křemešník (Lookout tower).

You can enjoy peace and rest in the unfenced, but for the most part bounded piece of land 500 m2 wit garden sitting and fireplace, which is placed on the terrace of one of the houses, and provides the rear even when the weather is bad. Object code: CH-649 Yearlong rentVery nice holiday cottage after the complete renovation with central gas heating, two separate housing units is built in the village of Boudy at a distance of 2 km from Čimelice, 12 km from the Orlík lake, 19 km from the royal town of Písek. Many forests, the proximity of the Orlík lake and the castles Orlík, Blatná, Březnice, Zvíkov makes the assumption of great holiday either calm or active - cycling, fishing, walking-tours, or winter cross-country skiing. The building offers enough peace and quiet, it is situated southwards and located at the very end of the settlement in the vicinity of the forest. There are two gardens available, one fully and one partly (from three sides) fenced of the total area 900 m2 with garden chairs, barbecue, garden shower and a parasol, two mountain bikes. There is also a common room for 12 persons with sitting. Built-up area of the building is 240 m2.
In low season it is possible to book only one housing unit with a discount.

Individually built part of the cottage gives you a nice and comfortable accommodation at an altitude of 720 m above the sea with views of the mountain peaks. In the summer months there is a suitable place for tours along marked trails, horseback riding, biking (bike rentals in the area) and other interesting activities. During the winter, you are near the ski-lifts and slopes accessible by foot or by car, winter cross-country skiing trails (500 meters away), winter horseback riding and sleigh rides and winter sports equipment rentals.
On the unfenced garden you can relax in the outdoor seating area with barbecue and outdoor swimming pool with dimensions of 8.5 x 4 meters with a depth of 1 to 1.5 m Possibility of heating the pool for a fee (paid by the actual consumption - about 3.000CZK/week). Built-up area 160 m?.
We recommend to use the object in the lower post of persons (13 persons ). Then the room in ground floor can be used just like common room.
In the second half of the property lives the owner which fully respects the privacy of the guests.
