The cottage is located in the picturesque mountains of Velka Raca, in the village Oščadnica in Slovakia. The cottage is in a quiet area, in one of the most famous centers of summer and winter tourism. The village Oščadnica is an excellent starting point for various hikes, mountain biking or you can visit the nearby centers like Kalvária, Kaštieľ - Gallery, Church of the Assumption, Kysucké museum, but also a therapeutic - relaxation water center, Relax center - Pool and Sauna. In the center of the village there is a children's lift with ski school (the nearest ski lift is located about 500 m from the cottage in the resort Snow Paradise and Sun Paradise). Guests can use the outdoor seating area, grill and fireplace.

Very nice, luxuriously furnished chalet is located in a beautiful and quiet village Horny Vadičov, 15 km from the city of Žilina. Cottage provides privacy and is ideal for families with children, family celebrations, or pleasant moments with a friends. Local landscape is ideal for walks, cycling or skiing in the winter. Near the cottage is a ski resort Vadičov and other lifts are located 8 km away. Cross-country ski trails start right outside the cottage. In front of the cottage is a fenced garden with pretty landscaping, garden sitting, grill and fire pit. Built up area is 120 m².

The apartment house consists of four apartments while each of them disposes of own separate entrance. The house is situated in small quiet village on the bank of the Balaton lake and is suitable especially for those who prefer quiet environment with the possibility of a quality holiday enjoyment within the gasp. In the place you can find cyclotracks, quality swimming and the possibility of refreshment. In the village there is a very nice paid beach with wide offer of services and a freely accessible waterside suitable for swimming as well. Near the village there is an open-air museum with exhibitions of a folk production. At the object there is a fenced garden 600 m? with garden fireplace and the possibility of sitting. Floor space of the apartment is 40 m?. Stated price is for one apartment.
It is possible to arrange full-board for EUR 19 per person and day in a nice restaurant opposite the object. This price includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and the entrance to the paid beach.
