Laundry facilities are also available in the basement. The separate bathroom has a bathtub and toilet. For families with children, but also for other enthusiastic recreational athletes there is a basketball basket, Russian skittles, sandpit, swing and trampoline. Table tennis is available in the garage located in the basement. The east-facing terrace is located from the entrance to the cottage. In the garden will also enjoy an above-ground pool with a diameter of 3.66 m, deep 0.8 m.

In the surrounding forests and nature, tourists and families with children come to their hiking and countryside, when the Šance Nature Reserve is nearby, which is run by an educational trail and is widely used for hiking, cycling and horse riding. Minizoo Zbraslav is also within a few kilometers. You can also visit the castle in Zbraslav, or Koněpruské caves.
