The surroundings of the house offer plenty of opportunities for cycling (50m from the house of the Prague-Vienna cycle path) and hiking, the surrounding forests are a paradise for mushroom pickers. For example, you can visit the Red Lhota Water Castle, the zoo in Horní Pěna, the Fazzorvalley of Dolní Pěna and the historic town of Jindřichův Hradec. The house is well equipped with everything necessary equipment, including wifi network.

Each apartment has its own entrance, hallway, living room with LCD TV + satellite and kitchenette with dining area. Each apartment has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. In the vicinity of the property, both hikers and passionate cyclists and mushroom pickers will come to their place in summer. The biking trails stretch towards Adršpašské and Teplice Rocks, Ratibořice, Kudowa Spa in Poland, the Rozkoš Dam, etc. (all up to 25 Km). In winter there is about 200m a ski lift and there is also a modified cross-country ski trail. Hikers will appreciate the surrounding forests, which stretch the war fortifications, a trip to the nearby zoo in Dvůr Králové or kuks castle.
THE PROPERTY CAN ONLY BE RENTED AS A WHOLE.

Guests can also enjoy an outdoor indoor seating area and a swimming pool in the summer months. Wi-Fi internet access is a matter of course.
