The cottage is situated in a small village Dolníky in Podkrkonoší near Trutnov. Around the cottage there is a fenced garden. This house is offered as ideal for spending a quiet vacation or a business trips. 1.3 km from the house there is a local playground, pond 800 m, 1.1 km swimming, water slide, 2 tennis courts, miniature golf, paddle boat rental, forest 300 m. For winter recreation there are ski resort Mladé Buky (7 km), ski areal Prkenný důl (10 km), ski resort Jánské spa with a chairlift up to Černá mountain, Pec pod Sněžkou 22 km, Černá Důl 23 km. All is operated by ski bus from Trutnov. Built-up area 50 m².

Very nicely furnished holiday house with pool is situated in a quiet location Křemže on the edge Blanský les. The site is a great starting point for many tourist destinations (Český Krumlov, Zlatá Koruna, Holašovice, Dívčí kámen, Kleť). The area is suitable for hikers and bikers, but also for fishing (2km). Close to the house you can find three ski lifts, ideal for families with children. In this area is also trim cross-country trails. The house is suitable for families with children or larger group of friends. There is a pool (with a diameter of 3,70 m) situated in the garden. You can spend nice time in a covered terrace in front of the house or at outdoor fireplace with seating, which is also sheltered. Built up area is 120 m².

Vacation house is built in the village of Bela pod Pradedem in a quiet area, surrounded by forests, located along the ridges of Jeseníky mountains. This highest Moravian mountain range is of the great potential in the active enjoyment in winter and summer months. Not far from the village (about 4 km) there is the famous spa Jeseník and one of the largest tourist and ski resort in Jeseníky - Červenohorske saddle (approx. 13 km). The place is thanks to the calm and clean environment suitable for family holidays of parents with children. The surrounding forests abound in the quantity of mushrooms and other wild fruits. Guests have a large piece of land with garden chairs and barbecue available. Built-up area of the building is 100 m².

Modern furnished apartment is located in the village of Tisno on the mainland. The town of Tisno is ideal for swimming, diving and fishing, as it is due to its location well protected from sea breezes. The apartment, which is separated from the sea only minor local roads, is located on the ground floor. Distance from the center is about 700 m.

The apartment is located on the island of Murter in the town of Murter. Due to the rugged coastline you will find here both quiet bays with beautiful beaches, as well as partially open sea with views of the National Park Kornati. Beaches are both rocky and sandy, with a gradual entry into the water. The apartment is on the first floor and has a balcony/terrace. The owners live on the ground floor of the house. The town center is 300 m, beach about 30 m.
