The location is very nice for family holidays and for fishermen. The proximity of the river Nežárka provides rich recreational enjoyment from fishing, swimming and a cruise on the river (available inflatable boat). The place is also suitable for cycling (bikes can be stored in the garage) and walks in the local forests. Cottage offers comfortable seating on the outdoor terrace on the unfenced garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Built-up area is 50 m2.
You can go on a trip to the historical town of Jindřichův Hradec (Castle and Chateau), to the spa town of Třeboň (21 km), to the castle and Chateau in the town of Stráž nad Nejealous (5 km), to the castle Landštejn (24 km) or to the Chateau Červená Lhota (29 km).
Fishing permits can be based on valid fish. Ticket purchase in J. Hradec, Price 500,-Kč/10 days.

The proximity of the river provides many possibilities - swimming, fishing, boating on the river (there is a canoe). Guests have private access to the river, where is also a fireplace with seating, smokehouse and steps down to the river. Recreation area is also very popular with cyclists, directly behind the cottage is a biking trail.
The cottage has a lounge with a balcony and kitchenette, in the attic are two bedrooms. The bathroom is located in the basement of the cottage. On the unfenced garden there is outdoor furniture, umbrella, children's slide and sandpit.
You can visit the historical town od Jindrichuv Hradec, spa town of Trebon (21 km), the castle Straz nad Nežárkou (5 km), Landštejn (24 km) or Cervena Lhota castle (29 km).

Guests have at their disposal first flor with three bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. Lower floor inhabit owners who respect the privacy of the guests. The recovery is also a lounge with a fireplace, a barn with table tennis, bicycles, enclosed courtyard with outdoor seating, gas grill and an adjacent garden with an outdoor fireplace and sitting area.
The surrounding area is beautiful especially for cycling, but also walks in the surrounding forests. For swimming you can go to 8 km distant town Blatná, where is the public swimming pool. In winter, the area is particularly suitable for cross-country skiing.
When occupied by fewer people can negotiate discounts.

Guests can use the unfenced land (bordered by a hedge) with a garden seating area, fire pit, parasol and barbecue. A garden shower is also available. It is possible to swim in the pond, but it is not possible to go fishing. In the vicinity you can visit a variety of tourist destinations-the historical city Tábor-15 km, ruins of the castle Šelmberk-7 km, Chýnovská Cave-12 km, Blaník-Lookout tower-25 km, Vlašim-castle-35 km.

Písek 12 km, the castle Orlík 35 km - in high season accessible also by steamboat, the castle Hluboká 28 km, the mountains of Písek are accessible by hiking or cycling. Fishing and swimming in the river Vltava. Quiet and easygoing holiday for families with kids with sitting in a fenced garden (fire, pergola, sand-pit).
The other half of the house is used by the owner for his own recreation.

It offers a pleasant sitting area in the living room with a fireplace, from which you can go to the garden. There is a kitchen and a separate bathroom with TOILET. 2 bedrooms are prepared in the attic. The unfenced land of 600 m2 offers garden seating, fireplace, barbecue and umbrella, for children there is a sandpit and a children's pool. Cyclists will surely appreciate the possibility of storing bicycles. The built-up area of the building is 50 m2.
Tips for trips: The municipality of Lešov leads the Blue hiking trail, the town of Pelhřimov (historical center, observation towers, Castle, Museum of Records and Curiosities etc.) and the Nature Trail Křemešník (Lookout tower).

Object code: CH-649 Yearlong rentVery nice holiday cottage after the complete renovation with central gas heating, two separate housing units is built in the village of Boudy at a distance of 2 km from Čimelice, 12 km from the Orlík lake, 19 km from the royal town of Písek. Many forests, the proximity of the Orlík lake and the castles Orlík, Blatná, Březnice, Zvíkov makes the assumption of great holiday either calm or active - cycling, fishing, walking-tours, or winter cross-country skiing. The building offers enough peace and quiet, it is situated southwards and located at the very end of the settlement in the vicinity of the forest. There are two gardens available, one fully and one partly (from three sides) fenced of the total area 900 m2 with garden chairs, barbecue, garden shower and a parasol, two mountain bikes. There is also a common room for 12 persons with sitting. Built-up area of the building is 240 m2.
In low season it is possible to book only one housing unit with a discount.

The villas were completed in 2008 and can provide high quality facilities and comfort for all who want to explore the landscape of South Bohemia, and also for those who want to relax and may stay all vacation in one place. Each house has a land area of 800 m2, offers a pleasant covered terrace (area of 30 m2). For both houses there is a swimming pool 7.3 x 3.7 m in the garden available. Built-up area of one house is 100 m2. For children there is a sandpit, swing and trampoline in the garden.
