The holiday cottage is located at the beginning of the cottage area close to a river. The site lies near the village Lásenice (600 m) in distance 8km from the city Jindřichův Hradec.
The location is very nice for family holidays and for fishermen. The proximity of the river Nežárka provides rich recreational enjoyment from fishing, swimming and a cruise on the river (available inflatable boat). The place is also suitable for cycling (bikes can be stored in the garage) and walks in the local forests. Cottage offers comfortable seating on the outdoor terrace on the unfenced garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Built-up area is 50 m².
You can go on a trip to the historical town of Jindřichův Hradec (Castle and Chateau), to the spa town of Třeboň (21 km), to the castle and Chateau in the town of Stráž nad Nejealous (5 km), to the castle Landštejn (24 km) or to the Chateau Červená Lhota (29 km).
Fishing permits can be based on valid fish. Ticket purchase in J. Hradec, Price 500,-Kč/10 days.

Vacation villas are built in in a large piece of land on the banks of the river Blanice on the outskirts of the village Putim 5 km south of Písek. The villas were completed in 2008 and can provide high quality facilities and comfort for all who want to explore the landscape of South Bohemia, and also for those who want to relax and may stay all vacation in one place. Each house has a land area of 800 m², offers a pleasant covered terrace (area of 30 m²). For both houses there is a swimming pool 7.3 x 3.7 m in the garden available. Built-up area of one house is 100 m². For children there is a sandpit, swing and trampoline in the garden.
 

These prices are for accommodation in one villa. When renting both villas, you need to create an order for both buildings - CH-387 + CH-388.

Spacious cottage is located in the cottage settlement Lojzovy Paseky on the shore of Lake Lipno and provides a beautiful view on the water. Cottage offers rugged lounge with fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with balconies in the attic. Fenced garden provides the necessary privacy with patio, seating area and outdoor fireplace overlooking the lake. There is available a small boat at the lake.
The location is very popular for cycling, fishing, hiking, boating and swimming. In the village of Lipno nad Vltavou (14 km) is located bobsled trail and trees tower. You can also visit the historic city of Czech Krumlov (UNESCO, 31 km).

Chalet is located in a small chalet colony near the village Annín in the very heart of the Bohemian Forest on the bank of the Otava river. Close surroundings will capture you by their beauty and possibilities for spending ideal summer or winter holiday. Surroundings are suitable for cycling, in winter you can find here plenty of cross-country skiing tracks and in the proximity ski-lifts as well. There is an unfenced piece of land 500 m² with garden furniture, fire, grill, garden shower, parasol available. Ground floor 60 m².

Staying at this cottage is ideal for guests who wish to spend active holiday in the attractive location, or just relax and spend their vacation at the water. In the place there are nice cycling trails and the environment provides excellent conditions for water sports and fishing. Swimming is suitable for children as well. There is an unfenced area 800 m? with barbecue, garden furniture, garden shower, parasol and sand pit. Cozy ambience is offered in a covered terrace. Possible to store bikes. Build-up area 70 m?.
