The holiday cottage is located at the beginning of the cottage area close to a river. The site lies near the village Lásenice (600 m) in distance 8km from the city Jindřichův Hradec.
The location is very nice for family holidays and for fishermen. The proximity of the river Nežárka provides rich recreational enjoyment from fishing, swimming and a cruise on the river (available inflatable boat). The place is also suitable for cycling (bikes can be stored in the garage) and walks in the local forests. Cottage offers comfortable seating on the outdoor terrace on the unfenced garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Built-up area is 50 m².
You can go on a trip to the historical town of Jindřichův Hradec (Castle and Chateau), to the spa town of Třeboň (21 km), to the castle and Chateau in the town of Stráž nad Nejealous (5 km), to the castle Landštejn (24 km) or to the Chateau Červená Lhota (29 km).
Fishing permits can be based on valid fish. Ticket purchase in J. Hradec, Price 500,-Kč/10 days.

Vacation villas are built in in a large piece of land on the banks of the river Blanice on the outskirts of the village Putim 5 km south of Písek. The villas were completed in 2008 and can provide high quality facilities and comfort for all who want to explore the landscape of South Bohemia, and also for those who want to relax and may stay all vacation in one place. Each house has a land area of 800 m², offers a pleasant covered terrace (area of 30 m²). For both houses there is a swimming pool 7.3 x 3.7 m in the garden available. Built-up area of one house is 100 m². For children there is a sandpit, swing and trampoline in the garden.

Spacious cottage is located in the cottage settlement Lojzovy Paseky on the shore of Lake Lipno and provides a beautiful view on the water. Cottage offers rugged lounge with fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with balconies in the attic. Fenced garden provides the necessary privacy with patio, seating area and outdoor fireplace overlooking the lake. There is available a small boat at the lake.
The location is very popular for cycling, fishing, hiking, boating and swimming. In the village of Lipno nad Vltavou (14 km) is located bobsled trail and trees tower. You can also visit the historic city of Czech Krumlov (UNESCO, 31 km).

Holiday chalet is situated in a quiet place on the way between Velešín and Kaplice in a beautiful hilly countryside of a borderland. The chalet is as the firts one on the edge of a small colony (4 chalets) just outside the river Malše and a clean dam where fishing and swimming are possible. The object can provide you many oportunities for visiting the regions of Nové Hrady, Třeboň and České Budějovice, namely by cycling and hiking tracks. There is an unfenced piece of land 200 m² with fire, grill and sitting available. Built-up area 54 m².

The newly built house near the beach offers comfortable accommodation in a duplex apartment at the beginning of the Rohi peninsula by the Black Sea. The apartment has several terraces with sea view. The beach with fine sand and a gentle entry into the water is just 10 meters from the house. Several small, almost unknown beaches are nearby.
The apartment has two bedrooms with bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room and terrace with stunning panoramic views.

The small town of Carevo (Tsarevo) is spread over two small peninsulas near the Turkish border, about 70 km south of Burgas. In the area are beautiful, small bays with diverse beaches. The most famous beach is sandy beach Nestinarka (near the house). On the main promenade that leads from the northern part of the town to the port in the south, you will find many cafes and restaurants. We recommend visitors a trip to the nearby Strandja mountain, which was declared a national park and is one of the least discovered regions of Bulgaria.
