Cottage provides privacy and is ideal for families with children, family celebrations, or pleasant moments with a friends. Local landscape is ideal for walks, cycling or skiing in the winter. Near the cottage is a ski resort Vadičov and other lifts are located 8 km away. Cross-country ski trails start right outside the cottage. In front of the cottage is a fenced garden with pretty landscaping, garden sitting, grill and fire pit. Built up area is 120 m².

Holiday chalet is located in a chalet colony at close quarters of the lake Slapy. Surroundings are ideal for cycling, water sports, fishing and swimming in nature. Possibility of the lake crossing to the other side, where guests can visit the recreational centre Měřín with a covered swimming pool, bowling and other sport and relaxation enjoyment. At the object there is a fenced piece of land 300 m² with garden sitting, fire and grill. Built-up area 50 m².

The double-decked cosy apartment is located in a new family house in the village Kamenný Újezd near the main road from České Budějovice to Český Krumlov. Nice cottage with sauna is situated in the small village Rudnik in Giant Mountains and provide accommodation during the whole year. It is suitable for families with children or groups of cyclists etc. The surrounding area offers a number of active sports opportunities during the whole year - in winter skiing in the Giant Mountains, in summer hiking and walking tours. Guests can use a partially fenced garden (2,000 m²) with swimming pool, garden cottage with kitchen, garden furniture and grill.
