Surroundings are ideal for cycling, trips and visiting interesting destinations. The river Stropnice flows through the chalet colony (cca 20 m from the object). Holiday chalet is located in a fenced piece of land in a quiet outside part of the town Jindřichův Hradec. It is suitable for families with kids who require peace and privacy and can make use of all advantages of the historical town, which is within the direct grasp, at the same time. 1 km from the object there is an aquapark, in the same distance the river Nežárka, where fishing is possible, flows. In the immediate vicinity there are many cyclotracks, two natural sandy lakes and a light railway. Jindřichův Hradec is surrounded by beautiful woods so mashroom-pickers come into their own here in autumn as well. There is a garden 1.100 m² with sitting, rocking-bench, fire and grill, it is also possible to put up a tent here. For the refreshment there is a swimming pool 3,6 m with solar heating. Built-up area 55 m².
